Our service tech Yunior was able to solve a tricky problem today! After a two service technicians worked 5 hours replacing a compressor on our 4 year old a/c unit, Yunior solved the problem today by tightening a wire in our electrical box. The payment we made yesterday will be refunded! This is an upright, honest business with a polite staff that truly puts the customer first. We couldn’t be more impressed with this business.

Wow, where to begin! What a fantastic company to work with from start to finish!! We first met James last week who came to give us a quote for a new unit. He was professional, personable, and very knowlegeable about what we were in need of, especially since we are getting solar panels soon. He was very gracious and responded to my questions promptly! I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have found something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

Sun devil Heating And Cooling saved my day LITERALLY!! I can NOT say enough good things about my experience with them yesterday. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they're going to do it. They had communication amongst themselves that was excellent. And their communication with me was consistent and also excellent. Ever deal with the company where no one that worked there seemed to be on the same page??? It IS NOT LIKE THAT HERE AT ALL!! After being without cool air for four days, I had received the run around from my home warranty company as well as the unprofessional vendor that they sent. It was unbelievable how poor the treatment was, how rude the customer service was, how expensive the repair was (which they insisted I pay up front for!) and how the warranty wasn't going to cover a darn thing. I went back and forth with warranty and their horrible HVAC company until I finally gave up, in tears of frustration. That's when I called Sun Devil heating and cooling. Brittany answered the phone and she was just....so incredibly nice to me. Her kindness almost made me cry because I had just finished dealing with the opposite. She was so empathetic to my problem and let me tell her my whole story! She was able to get a tech sent to my home SAME DAY!! BUT, the only way that worked is because of the tech himself. JESUS! WOW! If he wasn't so fast, and so good, he wouldn't have been running ahead of schedule, enough to show up to my home same day AND 4 hours earlier than we originally thought!! He was so kind, so understanding and fixed our problem quickly and correctly. He and Brittany had excellent communication with myself as well as each other. Their price for freon saved us $60 per pound compared to the other company as well!

Kyle was great, I strongly recommend hiring SG Mechanical, and requesting Kyle, why, because of his knowledge, expertise, and courtesy. He did a great job cleaning the coils on my air conditioner, and keeping the cost down on repairs.

Tech Nick was fabulous and professional, front desk was extremely good and super friendly, and repairs was very fast and effective despite being temporary. Tomorrow I consult on replacing the whole unit but I'm expecting more fantastic service and timely scheduling.EDIT: replacement went great - Mike and Juan were absolute professionals, friendly and helpful, and the unit is working perfectly. I would have these guys out to my home anytime!

My A/C was making a high pitched squeak and I was certain a bearing was shot. I wanted the fan repaired before it got really hot.

James came out and checked the air filter which was clogged. I had replacement filters on hand. He replaced the filters and didn’t charge me for the service call.

I’m embarrassed that I didn’t figure out the problem myself but thankful The problem is solved. I will call JustAir when I have any other issues with my A/C.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night last week and Temp Pro had someone out at 7:30 am and fixed it right away. The tech, Julio, was very friendly and professional. The price was great and he explained what was wrong in a lot of detail, you could tell he was very knowledgeable in his trade. Thankful they came so quickly, we have a 2 year old and it would have been a very miserable day/weekend if they didn't come so quickly.

My air conditioning stopped cooling earlier this month so I called my Home Warranty company. They sent out Chris at Alien A/C. He did an inspection like no other company that has done check ups on my A/C. He advised the unit was over 30 years old and it was on it's last leg. He was here over hour checking wiring and components and showing me the problems. I elected to buy a new unit, since it was 115 degrees. He had it installed within 2 days. They had my new unit up and running within 3 hours. Cleaned up all the mess and gave me a box of filters for this type of unit. I can't say enough about this company. Integrity, honesty, prompt, friendly and a family company. I will always call them for any air conditioning or heating problems. Thank you guys, you're the best!!!!!!

Lincoln Air was there when we needed them due to a critical issue on a weekend.
