We needed to have an electrical panel for one of our buildings replaced due to age-related component failure that knocked out power to one of our units, so we contacted Jeff with Phoenix Contracting to find the appropriate replacement. Jeff was right on top of his game all the way, from figuring out the load calculations, design parameters, submitting that data to SRP for approval, getting permits from the City of Chandler, all the way to installation and test. If we had any questions, he was always available to answer them with clarity. If there was any situation that might be a concern he always let us know, explaining in detail what he discovered. Jeff and his crew members, Mike, Gabriel and Salvadore were always very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional all the way. Once they had all of the materials available to complete the job they arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and completed the installation within a two day period (!) with minimal down time for the affected apartments. I don't think I've ever seen any crew work that fast and accurately. The safety of their crew, our personnel and of the units was always a top priority. Especially important to us was that when they left the property after completion of the project it was cleaner than when they arrived. Nothing but professionalism all the way! Recently purchased a new home and had several concerns from our home inspection that we needed addressed. As well as fix minor issues like porch light not working, adjusting some light fixtures, and adding a GFCI outlet outside. Reached out to Gabe through Yelp and he responded within minutes. He came out the next day and we went though the home inspection together and walked through each room of the house and outside. He explained thoroughly on the repairs needed and also gave us ideas on how to fix certain issues that worked within our budget. Gave us a quote and scheduled to come out as quickly as Sunday to perform the work so he could focus on the job without any interruptions. He arrived as scheduled and took care of all of our concerns within a few hours.
We were not only pleased with the work Gabe has done, but most importantly he was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
In conversation, we mentioned to him that we have been waiting to get our cable installed and that we were on a waitlist for the cable company to come out and drop a hard line and he said that we should ask them to drop a temporary line. I called the cable company and they came out the next day. We were almost going to be without internet for a month.
We definitely found our go to electrician for any future projects.

We used George Brazil a year ago when our AC went out. The guy was nice and it cost us $400 for the repair. We did no research on the price of that; it was hot and the weekend, so we just paid it. Fast forward to about 10 days ago... AC goes out. It hums, but won't kick on. Called GB, a rude guy who very obviously didn't want to be here arrived. I showed him the problem. He tinkered around (inside only) for about 5 minutes, said our circuit board was out and it would cost $621 to repair. We can not afford that and they don't do payments. He left. When my husband came home he looked at the unit and noticed a ton of water dripping down. He called the guy who came out directly to verify the only problem was the circuit board (the guy confirmed), then asked about the water. The guy responded by saying it was probably a wet coil and to throw some towels down. My husband found the exact part for $100 on Amazon, we paid $30 to have it over-nighted and my inexperienced husband installed it in under 20 minutes. So they were going to rip us off by $500!!!! The AC ran perfectly for 7 hours, then stopped again. My husband checked it and it was FULL OF WATER!! After I did some googling we discovered the problem could be a clogged hose. My husband found the drainage spot outside which was clogged with leaves and dirt and other gunk from the recent flooding. He used a shop vac to unclog it as suggested in a YouTube video. It's been working perfectly for 3 days now. I definitely do not trust this company and will NEVER call them again!

Wow. These guys get it about service. Parker and Sons delivered on everything. Great communication, on time. I was lucky and got CODY as my technician. This young man is polite, respectful, highly skilled technically, and went above and beyond in service delivery. Next time I call I’ll be asking if Cody is available. Parker is lucky to have him. And Jason in scheduling was very helpful as well. All around experience blew away my expectations. That is rare these days.

They very quickly took care of the issue with my air conditioner to accommodate my schedule. Jose informed me the overflow pipe wasn't installed properly and did the repair correctly.
Jose was well informed and very polite.
I will definitely use this service in the future.
