Arrived with in the schedule d time frame, was very respectful and explained what to expect and gave approximate time the service checkup would take. Completed the checkup and explained the status of my A/C systems. Karl was very good.

On a Sunday a special type of circuit breaker went out on main panel. Couldn’t open garage doors.Penguin technician arrived within 1 hour of our call, identified the problem and fixed it.Will definitely use them again.

Awesome work ethic polite and went above and beyond gave me a more than fair estimate and completed the job in a timely manner while providing a great quality service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

We have had a contract with HVAC for several years. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and something important to us, they do whatever is necessary to do the job right, but we never feel that they are up-selling us.

The plumbing technicians did a fantastic job replacing my main drain/clean out. After work was completed as agreed, they restored my front yard back to the way it was before the work. Ac tune-up. Jimmy was prompt and answered all our questions about our AC system. He made recommendations and gave estimates for them and seemed very knowledgeable.

I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

I have used Day and Night for many years for new install and maintenance of my Trane heat pump. My usual technician Ron retired, so this time I got Terry O’Byrne. He was a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He even showed me the different components he was checking and took time to answer my questions. I will request him in the future as he is very thorough and I trust him.

I sent an email at 4:30 pm describing the problem. Danelle responded within an hour and scheduled a visit for the next morning. Joe was thorough. He showed me how to re-initialize the system which sometimes fixes some problems. He checked everything and confirmed that the system was working properly before he left.

Great company to work with. I was very impressed.

Last Friday we had a flurry of pink snow falling from our dining room ac duct onto everything.

We closed the vent to stop the flow of cellulose insulation. I decided to venture into my attic the next morning. Fortunately there is excellent head room for me to walk it. I found the vent above the dining room and then it occurred to me, Why am I doing this? Even if I might have found the problem, I could also just as easily put my foot through my ceiling. Wisdom gained, I got out of the attic and called AZ Comfort.

The young tech, Mack, showed up on time. Very polite and equally professional. He went right into the attic and observed our entire duct and Air handler system. He came back down and commented about the professional way the 3 year old system was laid out. He checked everything and determined that what came out was a temporary burst of cellulose that had probably been there from the beginning installation but had now foundits way through our vent, hence no problem.

So, really there was no problem, but this young man quickly and professionally diagnosed the non-issue and took the time to explain everything. For less than a hundred bucks and less than 30 minutes, we became very satisfied with their (his) service.

Technician, Kyle, was very knowledgeable and professional. Clearly described service packages but none really fit my needs. I am committed to continue to have an maintenance check up.
