Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

Howard was on time, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my septic. One could tell he was a very honest, hard working man. I've use this company in the past, and it was excellent then too. Ann who answers calls and schedules was very pleasant and knew her info well too. Not an ounce of negativity with my experience with them.

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

I was a residential property manager for several years and was happy to use Anthony's plumbing for all of our service issues. I felt I got good answers and fair prices. My contact person was Brandon who always made sure my properties were well taken care of. Recently, my husband and I did some reconstruction on a home we were moving to and Anthony's took care of the intricate rerouting we needed done. When it was time to move back the hot water heater, Mark was sent out and made sure all of the old lines were brought up to code. Then Mark came back again a few weeks later to fix a small leak we had created. (Same day, within hours of my call). Great service and personable and knowledgeable technician. Belsito Plumbing provides exceptional customer service! I called at 10pm on a Holiday and the owner answered. He set up an appointment the very next day and was so pleasant on the phone. I needed service ASAP for a rental condo plumbing issue. I have tenants in the condo with a new baby. I was so impressed by having my phone call answered by a live person and the speed at which they were able to fix my issues. They were so awesome and I highly recommend Belsito. I won't ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs!!!!

Had a tub drain problem at a rental property for a couple of years. I suspected the drain having a restriction in the trap which could be something from children playing in the tub. Called Reddi service & a service tech named Marco. He called me after researching the problem, I told him about my suspicions and sure enough he found a child's toy in the trap. He spent some serious time cleaning this trap out. Good job Marco.

The office called to tell us they would be here sooner than (YEA)! Jerry was friendly and very efficient. Even the dog approved of him. I was surprised that he was already gone when I got home from swim. We were dreading the experience of pumping the tank but were pleasantly surprised. The price was very reasonable. All in all, we are happy flushers.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Option One came to our house the same day we called for service. Our kitchen sink was backing up.Robert was our tech. He was professional and friendly. We were given great service and since we’re in an older home, we were advised to follow up with preventative maintenance on a yearly basis. We’ll be calling them again when it’s time for maintenance and referring them to our friends and family

It's always tough balancing, can I do this myself? Vs. having someone do it for you. What I didn't realize was that not only would someone come do the work but would walk me through the how and why of the process so I felt more confident in the value provided. I would recommend mr. Rooter if that's the level of experience you're looking for.
