I called Penguin Air on a Saturday due to compressor issues. They arrived promptly and completely fixed my system before the end of the day. All while working all the way through the evening.They were determined to get my AC back up and running. No matter what it took.Jimmy and JD were absolutely amazing. They do a quality job and deliver exceptional results. Jimmy was thorough throughout the entire process.This company is very caring and honest. I would recommend Jimmy to anyone needing AC repairs.He diagnosed my problem in no time at all. Travis used a camera to check for a blockage or collapsed bathtub drain pipe which was below ground level. The camera stopped at a certain point and he wasn’t totally convinced it was a collapsed pipe. He wanted to try the air snake in the tub drain. It was 100% successful and the tub now drains great! I have used this company to replace the AC units in my condo and home. The condo AC gave out in the summer, and this was the only company that actually showed up, followed through with a quote, and completed the install. Soooo....basically I was stuck with them, but due to the quality of their service I continued the relationship. .I just had to replace my home AC this month. Every employee from the original tech, “comfort specialist” (the guy that gives the quote/schedules the install), and the install technicians, were friendly and professional.

I called at 2pm because my AC was not working by 5:30pm they had Ryan out at my house and he was super professional and friendly and got my AC back up and running in less than an hour! He had the parts on his van and I couldn’t be happier with the service! I signed up for their maintenance plan because I know they are a trustworthy company after this interaction! Thank you Desert Diamond and thank you Ryan!!

Great professional service!

I needed a bit of work done to my 1969 home. The HVAC roof top unit, two bathroom sinks and one kitchen sink all; needed replacement. All the Goettl people were awesome, knowledgeable, professional and fast. Thank you to the estimators Mattew Hill and Dave Giordano for putting me at ease with the process and no surprises. Most excellent install crews deserve the highest marks. They were Mario Islas, Brennen Bingham, Eric Castillo, Ovi Perea, Hunter Holbrooks, and Michael Olson. It is very obvious that each of these men take pride in the job being done right. I must also tip my hat to Victor who coordinated the flurry of activities and Lisa for the stylish sinks. The pictures of the before and after are amazing. Thank you all for a job well done.

Excellent, timely service!!!! Finally an appliance repair company/technician that gets it done!!!!!

I was so fortunate to find Amy during a particularly difficult day. During the super intense heat wave (multiple 110+ days), my AC unit stopped working in the middle the night. I contacted one of the big box companies Monday morning and they arrived promptly for an inspection. They told me that I had a fire in my attic that shorted everything and that my best bet would be to replace my entire HVAC system - to the tune of about $17,000. I asked if there was a way to repair the damaged parts and they told me that the only option for me was to replace everything.

$17,000 was a little too steep for me to consent to without a second opinion, so I contacted Amy with A&M Mechanical. Amy did a wonderful job of educating me over the phone of my options and the pros and cons of replacing the entire system vs. repairing the issue. Amy ordered the parts I needed and sent out a crew (Brad and Easton) the next day. To my surprise, they did not find any evidence of a fire in my attic and just needed to replace a couple of parts. After completing their repairs, they did a complete tune-up and notified me of some other issues that they were able to inexpensively and promptly fix. Prior to leaving, they replaced my air filters for me and told me to contact them if there were any other issues.

Amy and her team were so knowledgable, honest and kind to work with. Amy educated me instead of trying to sell me a bunch of things I did not actually need. She respected that as an attorney, HVAC systems are not my expertise. And she communicated with me every step of the way. What could have been a $17,000 day, ended up being a small fraction of that cost to repair instead of replace. In the future, I will certainly be calling Amy and A&M Mechanical Inc for any future HVAC needs. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I hadn't sought her counsel for a second opinion.

After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. Thanks to Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, and Elmer.

I'm the typical skeptical customer but my skepticism was completely squashed with the service received from Sun Devil. From the lady who took my call to their tech the service was excellent. The tech was on time, customer attentive, well presented, honest but not pushy. Highly recommended!

My heater stopped working and they showed up about 2 hours later. I was amazed. Polite and fair priced. Replaced a motor even had it on his van. I will definitely recommend this company

Another company left me hanging on a Friday, so I called Day & Night. They arrived on time Monday morning, communicated well with me, and installed it quickly, for my disabled tenant who had no heat, due to old furnace. I really appreciate their good customer service and professionalism.

I love this company!! The workers were so nice and professional. I have small kids and pets in my house and we cant handle this heat. They came out and fix the air right way.Thank you guys your the best.

Just Air, LLC is trustworthy, experienced, and on time.

I had an issue with my AC, and I called Just Air. A nice guy by the name of James M. answered my call, and helped me make an appointment. It was 108* today, so having someone nearby is helpful. My situation was VERY lucky as he was nearby and could assist me and my fiance. He was at our house in ~10 mins. Again, this is situational, as I called at the right time, and he had some time to meet us.

When James arrived, he had a card in hand (as this was his first visit to our house). He introduced himself, was extremely professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, listened intently to our issue, took an assessment, and took our systems symptoms into consideration.

He found the issue quickly, and was honest with us. No beating around the bush, and had our issue resolved in a very timely manner.

Better than the bigger names in town as Just Air does not have to up-sell or meet quotas. Just Air is a honest company, and WILL be calling them from here on out.

I would recommend to family members and friends.
