Excellent excellent service! We literally got an estimate and then had our water softener system installed same day! The crew dug up our yard and installed all the plumbing and put everything back exactly as before! Really great experience and all around excellent customer service from the sales to labor! We will definitely will be using Parker & Sons again! Reasonable pricing as well!

These guys are very honest and thorough. When they started jackhammering into my hardwood floors and bathroom and hall I thought my house would never be the same, but now it is all nicely cemented and cleaned up. They even hung my shelf back. They worked solidly for three and a half days and one day didn't even take lunch. I had no problem running errands because I could see they were honest and nice guys. I am ready for the restoration guys so I can sleep again.

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

Kevin came to my home to do a AC tune up. Explained everything and even went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Had a terrible back up happen in my house, sewage everywhere thanks to penguin plumbing and Jair Ramirez for their prompt service saved the day, he got my drains fixed and even helped clean the mess. I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

I ordered new A/C through Lowe’s. Mike Tufegdzic came to my home on time and was prepared to analyze my home for a good A/C fit. Mike was a professional, and I was impressed that he took the time to listen to me to ensure he understood my expectations. I selected a unit that is affordable and will serve me for many years. Thank you so very muchMike!Wait....There is more. Three days after ordering my new AC unit, here comes two professional AC installers, Felipe and George. Boy, they sure knew what they were doing. They ripped out that old dinosaur on my roof and replaced it with a bright, shiny new TRANE unit. They cleaned up the house and would not leave until I knew how to program the new thermostat and to ensure all of my questions were answered. (They were) Keep Mike, Felipe and George on the payroll. I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. The staff was very helpful and polite and professional. They made a mistake on our instal but worked tirelessly to get it corrected. Sales were very nice and helpful. I was very satisfied with the service.
