A good company to work for!

I contracted through Amazon to install a light fixture. Jeff accepted the job from Amazon. He called me two hours before the arrival window and said he would be arriving an hour early. I told him that I would be leaving work early and could only be home at the originally scheduled time window. He said he would arrive at the beginning of that window (2pm). I left work early to meet him. Twenty minutes before the arrival time, he sent me a text stating he was more than 50 miles away and I would have to reschedule with Amazon. Another text he sent said he was 1 hour and 45 minutes away which was still fine with me, but he didn’t want to drive that long. I reported this to Amazon which is going to be sending him a warning letter that if another customer reports similar issues then he will be removed as an electrician from Amazon’s Home Services. Now, I have to reschedule with Amazon who will send my job to another electrician, and I will have to take another afternoon off work because Jeff didn’t follow through on his commitment.

Needed my toilet's wax ring replaced because it was leaking and my plumber James was awesome! He got it taken care of very quickly, did a great job, and reset my toilet perfectly. 10/10 would highly recommended Penguin Air, Plumbing and Electric (and I've had equally great experiences with their electricians and hvac technicians as well)

Spoke to Mr. Johnson on the phone. He was very helpful and informative. Being truthful is important and Mr. Johnson made me feel comfortable. Thank you.

Danny Quick came out as scheduled. He explained what he would do and got my agreement on the price. He explained everything, was courteous and helpful. After fixing our electrical problem, he showed me the part that shorted and explained what he did to fix the problem.

Universal installed out EMS and access control system. We are happy with their pricing, personal service and response to emergencies when they occur. They are highly knowledgable of the industry and a great resource.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

I was driving south on Alma School Rd just past Guadalupe Rd heading towards Elliot Rd at 3:14pm on 12-18-22 when I saw your company vehicle, license plate CM34525, in the lane next to me and I witnessed the gentleman throw out the passenger window, what I'm guessing was empty, but a pack of cigarettes, it was white and driving 45 I couldn't see a brand.
