The team and technician M. were excellent and have maintained our two systems for better part of 8+ years. When our 23yr old air conditioner finally died and stop working the new install was well done and we didn't get priced gouged on the new unit! Definitely trust them to do a great job!

Our service Tech, Carlos was fantastic! Very professional, great service and explained everything very well. I've been hearing their commercials on the radio for years, and I'm happy to finally have an opportunity to realize their amazing customer service and great prices.

We recently had first choice mechanical out to clean and service are heating and air vents. The guys were very efficient and professional , we would definitely use this company again.

As temps started to heat up this Spring, we reached out to A&M Mechanical to check out a loud sound coming from our AC unit. They confirmed our fears, that we needed a new unit. Over the course of the next week to install, and the month to follow, A&M won our family over with their responsiveness, education, service, attention to detail, follow through, and overall kindness.

Amy patiently spent 45 minutes on the phone educating me on the the difference in units, duct work, cost, potential utility savings, manufacturer rebates, and our family’s needs to help us determine the best fit for purchase. When calling other vendors to compare costs, the service and care could not compare.

Given that we were quickly approaching the first three digit temps of the year that weekend, their schedule was packed, and we were out AC. Add to this the COVID-19 pandemic, so a hotel stay was not really an option. Owners Amy and Mark personally came by that Saturday to install a portable AC unit in our main living space to help us manage until install could be completed the following week. Although they were already booked with two new installs, Amy tirelessly rearranged their schedule and sectioned our the work, finishing a day and a half ahead of our quoted time.

This team has been the most thorough in communication and attention to detail that I have ever experienced. Workers Mark, Brad and Brian took impeccable care of our home, wrapping the carpeted stairs and taping down a protected pathway out of the house in case of debris. They replaced the air handler and duct work, as well as a new hard wired thermostat to ensure optimum flow, efficiency and comfort.

Over the next few weeks, Amy continued to follow up with final paperwork/warranty, providing both hard copy and digital files for our records. We are thrilled to continue our relationship with A&M with annual maintenance checks, knowing they have our family’s best interests at heart. They truly have a passion for what they do, and the caring manner in which they do it. We are so grateful we chose them for this important purchase!

I wish my experience was the same. I am going on 10 days with a broken ac and the company has become MIA and not filling their report as required. They have not reached out to complete repairs.

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

Our ac went out at my personal home and Frank was quick to respond. We literally had a new ac installed the next morning. Then a few days later my business ac went down and Frank assessed it quickly. great well organized team here and I am looking forward to working with them in the future. Initial installation was faulty and caused water damage to our ceiling. When we filed a claim with their insurance company for damages, they blamed us (the customer) and refused to stand by their work. This was extremely disappointing. I will never use this company again as they do not stand behind their work.
