A bit pricey. Technician was efficient and polite.Although I had to ask to see the invoice which was on his pad. I was not given a written copy. He said he would email it to me(?). I am a bit uncomfortable with that situation.The invoice was sent as promised.

I had a very good experience with A.P.E.S. I had them out to take a look at my water softener and make sure it was working right. Making an appointment went very smoothly and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The service technician was prompt, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and use A.P.E.S again.

Quality of work was acceptable however the technician called to confirm appointment the previous day and then showed up 3.5 hours late.Pricing was a joke. Told a price for a comprehensive fix, scope of work was reduced considerably, repair took 45 minutes but still charged $476.00. When asked about cost compared to what was proposed, told sorry we have a flat rate pricing model.I would not use again or recommend to anyone I know.

We haven’t had any issues with this company before. A tech came out after 3 weeks of waiting for a part that we originally were told would take the weekend to receive. The tech came out for an hour and then told me he received another job and had to go but the main office would call us. He left the job to go somewhere else. Im sorry, but what?The job did not get fixed. Our AC is still broken. I called them and the person who answered the phone did not listen to a thing I said and just ensured he would have them call me ASAP. Which they didn’t, but they did call my husband to ask how the appointment went and if everything was running smoothly. I returned the call immediately and after 10 minutes on hold, it went to voicemail. I’ve now been on hold with them again for 10+ minutes. Unacceptable.

The technician, Ivan, took the time to show me things I wouldn’t otherwise have known—such as where the a/c condensation drains into a drain under the sink in the second bathroom (black pipe) or even into a little pipe or spout in the shower ceiling (white pipe) if the sink drain gets backed up.All the more reason to make sure the sink drain doesn’t get clogged up! I had no idea what these two pipes were for—or that they were part of the a/c systemI appreciate the fact that he took the time to show me this—and explain it.His entire maintenance/service call was this informative and this professional. He was not rushed—and he didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff.He walked me through all the pictures he took of our unit. (I wasn’t allowed to climb up their 20 ‘ straight ladder—I’m sure for liability reasons.)But with the pictures (on his phone) I could see everything . I understand the system a little better now.Appreciate the time he took—and his communication with someone who is not a/c savvy.

Thanks Scott for the quick response and saving the day!! AC going out in Phoenix in the middle of summer is not FUN!!! Worried about the cost of replacing our AC, Scott was able to quickly repair our unit and we did not need to replace it!! He'll be on speed dial now!
