Arrived quickly for a last minute call. Very professional and honest. Connected me directly to their head estimator to assist in preparing an estimate to replace my home AC system.

I called Penguin this morning asking about service to my air conditioning, and they said they would get someone out as soon as they could. Within an hour, they called me telling me Alonso was on his way.Alonso arrived and started looking into the issue. He quickly identified several problems which previous technicians (not from Penguin) had either missed or ignored. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to discuss any questions I had. He laid out the repair options and gave me an honest assessment of the pros and cons for each. I very much appreciated his professionalism and expertise. If Alonso is typical of the people employed by Penguin, I will most definitely be calling them again in the future. My unit
Stopped working. They came out the same day. Trip call is credited to work done. They are the best

called in because my ac is blowing warm air, started giving them my info to set an appointment for the same day since I can't have my family in a house that is 93 degrees. Customer rep asked if I had a second AC unit working I said yes and right away she stated that she was unable to help me with same day service because I had a second ac unit but could set an appointment 5 days out. If she would of waited until I finished explaining she would of known that the second AC is a small unit in my garage. Don't know how me having a second unit affects my service call or why it would change the date. Is it Day and Night only if you have one unit? are you techs only able to work with single units? I would recommend not answering the phones if you don't want business on the weekends.Penguin air came out and handle the issue not once was I asked if I had a second unit. Just find it weird and would never use or recommend this company
