The Hays tech, Ideal showed up on time and what a great employee. He checked the attic, the heating and cooling registry and then the outside pump. He was efficient and friendly. All our questions were answered and the service was great. I hope to get himWhen we get another check up.

Eddie and STEPHEN came from Goettl yesterday to work on my HVAC and my water heater and different parts of the water system in my house they were both very professional, very informative, and courteous. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were and how they explained to me what they were going to do to replace my parts and everything. STEPHEN and Eddie were great people to talk to and work with.

First Choice Mechanical was assigned to me through my home warranty company. They arrived within two days of my warranty request to diagnose my AC unit. Mike the owner was professional and courteous but unfortunately he had to deliver the bad news and tell me I needed a new AC unit which wasn't covered under warranty (The previous owner's dogs urinated on the AC unit and corroded the lines). I requested a quote from Mike and also brought in a couple other technicians who all confirmed what Mike had originally told me. Mike not only beat the prices of the other technicians but he went out of his way to answer all my questions and help me select the best unit for my home. Mike was very knowledgeable and I had no doubts with selecting his company. Mike and his son completed the install of my new AC unit in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier. If your looking for a honest, professional, local company I would recommend First Choice Mechanical without hesitation.

Our AC went down on a Sunday afternoon and Kyle came out and got us up and running again. He arrived at our house in less than the time we were told he would and was extremely professional very friendly. I don't know what we would have done without Kyle and the helpful people at SG Mechanical.

Our AC unit went down during a 114 degree day. Always, on the hottest days, right?! I called about 4 companies for immediate service. (I only call and use licensed contractor's that have excellent reviews along with a good AZROC and BBB standing.) Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling was the friendliest of all and were able to come out at 5 PM same day. They were sincerely interested in helping us. The tech, Dave, worked on our unit for about 3 1/2 hours until we were able to get cool air. He was very pleasant and clean up after his work. Chris at Alien Air goes the extra mile to give excellent service. We had a little leak and he responded quickly to keep our air conditioner running. While there he did our preventative maintenance and as usual we are more than pleased with his work.

They were prompt, knowledgeable, and explained everything before starting. Left the house with better air quality and in a such a clean state where you couldn't even tell they were there.

The technician Billy Stringer, was very thorough and professional. He worked on my system until he diagnosed the problem and then fixed it.

I called in and spoke to Joanna who was friendly and helped me. Joanna was able to schedule to have someone come out and within an hour they sent someone. Pinon Air is not notch. The company that my warranty company sent to install a new A.C. unit did such a terrible job that after 2 months, I ended up with significant water damage due to improper installation. I hired Pinon Air and paid out of pocket because warranty co. denied my claim and I can't say enough how happy I am with Yogi. He was professional, communicated with me, sent me before and after pictures. Quoted me a price and stuck by that quote even though it took him longer than anticipated to correct the mess. I will continue to use his company.
