Best Furnace System in Phoenix AZ

I use Parker & Sons whenever I need electrical or plumbing help. They never fail to fully please me. I had an electrical issue at 3am on Christmas Eve a few years back. They came out immediately fixed everything and there was NO surcharge of any kind. Every employee is very friendly and they all know everything they are doing. Can't say enough!!

Maritza was very kinda and was quick to send someone to help, Chris and Gerardo helped solve the issue, happy customer here!?

Freddy was very polite and got the job quick. He made sure everything was fine and was honest. Also made sure to replace some missing caps that other technicians missed. Very professional.

Our regular AC guys weren't going to be able to come out for a couple of days and we were completely without AC on a 107-degree day. Took a chance on Hays and we couldn't be happier. In less than an hour, Carl had our problem solved! Very friendly as well!

Ryan was here today for our annual HVAC service. Punctual, courteous, professional. Found a couple of issues on one of the outdoor condenser units which I decided to have repaired. Very accommodating including going off to get one of the parts needed and coming back to get it all done the same day. Very happy with him and with the company.

The technician they sent, Ramond B (BanR) was outstanding. He demonstrated empathy, a sense of urgency, professionalism, and great customer service.

Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

Gary, was excellent and very personable. Gary presented repair options which allowed us to get the a/c repaired and ready for the fall season. Gary knows what customer service is all about. Ricky has come out and he provided good services as well. Thanks Day & Night.

Scott & his side kick Austin did a fabulous job of cleaning up after themselves. Though, professional, educated me as they went about their repairs. Communicated with me on what needed to be done, and ran to store for needed parts as they came into unknown issues. Very pleased with this company.
