Had an awesome A/C repair experience with Andrew Kroski from Goettl over the weekend! Our A/C started blowing warm early in the week, with outside temperatures ~100. It did take four days for a tech to come out but not the tech's fault at all and this time of year is busy in Arizona. The A/C needed a new compressor and while the parts where under warranty Goettl did not charge for the labor either! (only the $90 diagnostics fee)

Andrew came out on Sunday afternoon and was super friendly and knowledgable. Andrew quickly started the compressor removal/install process (which typical takes 4-6 hours). A few hours in it started to storm which included some heavy wind and even hail. Andrew stayed in the truck for ~hour waiting the storm out then came back and continued the repairs (like nothing happened). As part of the compressor repair, old refrigerant was drained then new refrigerant added, but the capacitor, dry filter, and some wires that were rubbing against a copper pipe were also replaced/fixed!

What I liked the most is Andrew didn't just fix the current problem, but instead made sure the A/C system was in the best shape it could be in to prevent future problems. Andrew truly went above and beyond expectations! I recommend Andrew to anyone who needs A/C repairs or maintenance.

We had four faucets, safety valves and water supply lines installed today. Our tech (Kyler) was on point with every aspect of the job. Very personable and knowledgeable. The company has been very informative and communicative from the first call to the office. I want to send out a big thank you to Kyler for his professionalism and how he cleaned up after the job. I would definitely would use them again.

I sent an email at 4:30 pm describing the problem. Danelle responded within an hour and scheduled a visit for the next morning. Joe was thorough. He showed me how to re-initialize the system which sometimes fixes some problems. He checked everything and confirmed that the system was working properly before he left.

I had a fantastic experience from the start, Ashley is friendly on the phone, very professional and experienced installers kept me informed throughout the process and my account manager was stellar. He is what made me choose Scottsdale Air from all the HVAC companies in the Valley. Dave followed up the day after installation to check that all went smoothly. It was hard news that I needed a new system but this company made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome, very honest and good prices for the parts and labor. They were very helpful with me today replacing a blower motor that was under warranty. Matt did a great job replacing the bad motor first thing in the morning. I appreciate their good attitude, helpfulness and backing up the products they use. Amazing company, outstanding work, highly recommended?

Alien AC has been amazing since our move to Arizona. They installed a whole new unit in our upstairs, repaired the unit downstairs, and when our heat went out this morning, they talked me through how to re-program our thermostat over the phone. Pricing has been upfront, clear, and fair. Chris and the guys are great to work with. Customer service is just great! Definitely go with them if you need HVAC work done.

John provides great service, he’s efficient, honest and doesn’t try no up sell. He just does what needs to be and provides honest feedback about the condition of the systems. He’s the best A/C tech I’ve dealt with in the valley!

System was installed last year and this inspection was to make sure everything was in working order.. We are satisfied with the inspection and are happy with the system as it operates.

We had a leak from our water filtration (RO) system. Parker & Sons expert/technician came to identify the issue. He was right on time and provided me options for the fix.We had the same technician come back to install a brand new RO system! I was able to schedule this within the week. Luis was right in time and got the job done well and quickly! He did not leave any packaging or mess behind. He left me with some notes and made himself available for questions if I had them.Such a great experience overall and I appreciate the timeliness, communication, and professionalism.Thank you, Luis!
