I would highly recommend Hero Home Srvs to anyone who needs plumbing srvs. They were wonderful to work with and i was very pleased with their work. Johnathon was the plumber who responded to my issues and continued to be involved through out my entire process. He was very nice and kept me informed and updated on everything that was going on. Chas Roberts installed the HVAC system, ducts & vents in my new construction. They failed to account for Phoenix climate in one of the rooms, making it virtually unusable in the summer. Rather than coming out in the summer to review, they waited several months and came in October when it was 74 degrees out. They spent 20 minutes gathering some temp readings, said sorry looks fine, and left. Unacceptable.

The tank of our toilet was leaking. He was able to analyse the situation, offer a reasonable quotation, and resolve the issue fast. I would utilise this service again without a doubt.

I received a written estimate beforehand and, despite running into another issue that needed repairing, paid only the agreed-upon price. There was no funny business here--only honest professionalism and quality work. I feel that the best compliment any service employee could receive is that they represented their employer as though they were the owner. That's EXACTLY what Troy did.
