Our AC in our new home started short cycling in the middle of a heat wave, and our home warranty company was unable to find anyone to come until 4-5 days later. We have a newborn baby at home, so it was imperative that we got it fixed immediately.

So I was on my own to find someone. Luckily 1st choice got right back to me in less than an hour and were here the next day. Tim and Brandon showed up ready to rock and roll and figured it out very quickly. After both AC's started blowing cold, Tim was adamant to come back the following day to check everything out and make sure all was well. These guys were so personable and solid, I wish every company operated the way they do.

I was even more impressed when I got the bill. I was shocked at how affordable they were as they could have easily charged me anything at that point to get my house cool again.

I can't say enough good things about Tim and 1st Choice. They work hard, and are just plain nice people who won't take advantage of you. My family and I are so grateful for getting us taken care of on such short notice.

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

When I moved in my house the a/c wasn't working. It was over 90° inside. I noticed the company's name in the system Day & Night. I called spoke to Erin she was professional, great customer service skill. She got me a tech to come out to my house that same day. Greg was the technicians name. He was great. Professional, nice and explained what was happening and what needed to happen to get the a/c working. It was a good experience and would refer anyone to use Day& Night. They're awesome.

Great experience! Sun Tech Air has serviced my old AC unit for years. It finally came time to replace my AC so I used them and was pleased with the quick appointment for installation and the quality work!

Yogi was quick to respond, efficient, and knowledgeable in ac unit work. He literally took his time figuring out why our ac unit was whistling and rattling. I hired other techs before, and they did not go above and beyond like Yogi did! My family is very pleased with the noiseless ac now that the ac unit is sealed properly! ? and all for a great price to! He really does care for his clients and doesn't tiptoe around any issues. My wife and I woke up this morning to a cold house. When I looked out the back window I saw steam coming out of the heat pump. I went outside and the fan wasn't running. I turned the unit off because I remembered someone telling me if it gets too cold the heat pump won't work. Later after it heated up I turned the unit back on but the fan still did not come on. We called Arcadia Air and Jimmy was the name of the tech and he told me that it is true about heat pumps not working if the temperature gets to 30 degrees or below. It was definitely warmer now so Jimmy turned the unit back on and it still didn't come back on. Jimmy opened up the control panel and found a bad capacitor I believe he called it that. He had a replacement on his vehicle and we were back in business. Jimmy was really nice and was quick and friendly and had the part we needed. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air to anyone in need of heat pump a/c or electrical issues! Thanks Jimmy!

Our technician Travis went straight to work to repair our outdoor faucet pipe that had broken within our cinderblock wall. The work was completed very professionally and Travis.
