Stein our salesman was Fabulous, did not push us into anything that we could not afford, we ended up getting EcoWater System Water Conditioner/Refiner, Reverse Osmosis drinking water system and some plumbing repair out front. When home was inspected the delta was off. The tech was super helpful and thorough, adjusting multiple things that weren’t quite right inside and out. I would highly recommend Chas Roberts, especially the tech I had yesterday (unfortunately I don’t recall his name).

The tank of our toilet was leaking. He was able to analyse the situation, offer a reasonable quotation, and resolve the issue fast. I would utilise this service again without a doubt.

Steve took pictures and explained the current condition of my unit. He offered several price options for replacement and Eric and Mike were available to do the work the next day. Everyone was very professional and very pleasant to work with.

Quoted me an extremely high price. After a long negotiation, they quoted a price that was about 1/3 the original quote, which shows the high mark up they tried to charge. They also made me think that the fix was going to happen the same day, but in turn, they didn't fix it before the plumber left. I called them the next morning to see when it was going to be fixed and they weren't available to fix it until 3pm that day. By the way the issue was a plumbing leak under my kitchen sink which i didn't want leaking for over 30 hrs. I cancelled the entire order and went with a different company. Overall experience with Ace Home Services was very poor.
