Happy New Year to me!! Within a week of the New Year, I had everything go wrong. I can't begin to say how grateful I am to Hay's. Since moving here, I have never found a better company that truly cares about you. I was in tears on a Saturday night when I heard all kind of hissing coming from my garage, I went out there to find it was the hot water tank, not only was it hissing it had leaked all over the garage. I had no idea what to do. I called Hay's who have replaced my air conditioners, and have done work here before. Stacia answered(after hours) and had me facetime Chris(owner and husband). What company does that? He walked me through what to do. Not having any success to get through to the next day, before any further damage, Chris and his wife drove over at 10pm on a Saturday night to help. What a Godsend!! I have no words, I was beside myself and felt helpless! These two are super hero's!!! I will never be able to thank them for what they did.They were able to get me in the next day to replace the water heater(between 5-7, after hours). I got a call early in the am and they moved it up to 12:30. Chris and Kolten came to my rescue, replaced the water heater and made sure all the faucets were working! Thank you, Hay's, thank you Chris, Stacia, and Kolten. I will never forget what you have done for me and will continue to use you and refer you. Even in the past with a mishap you always made it right!I am just sad Justin had to leave (disability) he was my favorite.StepheniP.S. My husband thanks you too(always traveling)

Eddie and STEPHEN came from Goettl yesterday to work on my HVAC and my water heater and different parts of the water system in my house they were both very professional, very informative, and courteous. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were and how they explained to me what they were going to do to replace my parts and everything. STEPHEN and Eddie were great people to talk to and work with.

1st Choice Mechanical is the best air conditioning company we have ever worked with. We had them install a new air conditioner early this year and am now having them maintenance all of our units. There are bad times for your AC to die, and there are horrible times. July is definitely a horrible time, and ours died on a Sunday night in July. First we spent Monday trying to deal with the Home Warranty company, what a joke that was. We had a contractor lined up for Wednesday, then found out they didn't have a ladder tall enough. Home Warranty company then wanted us to wait until Friday to have someone else check it out, as if we should feel privileged with a timeline of 5 days without AC in July, in Phoenix. Not a chance. Monday night we had a local professional come over to tell us the unit needed to be replaced.

On Tuesday we made a few calls and Sun Devil was the first to respond. They came out quickly to put a proposal together, and theirs had the best value for us, especially with a financing option. That alone put our minds more at ease, even while we were uncomfortable in the summer heat. We were able to move quickly with application, with financing approval, and scheduling (all over the phone) installation for first thing Wednesday morning with a crane.

Installation was seamless. Everyone was on time and the project went smoothly. Such a relief to have someone act like they care about you. Would recommend Sun Devil to others for their fast, efficient service.

Easy peezyKitchen sink/disposal area was slow leaking. Our service man was super quick to access and solve on the spot! Troy replaced the disposal in record time. We placed the service call at 8:00 Mon morning, got notification they were on their way at 11:00 and he was all done and out the door by noon. I sooo appreciate this service.Thank you

Woke up on a Sunday to no AC. They had us back up and running in a couple hours. Very fast service and lots of communication on when the tech would arrive.

We use Yavapai Plumbing & Heating for our Air Conditioning and Heating service, so we called them when our water line broke. Plumbing Technician John Adkisson, Andrew, and Nathan arrived promptly and finished excavating the main water line trench. 2 previous independent contractors failed to finish, so we decided to have Yavapai Plumbing do the whole job in house. The job was completed in one afternoon. We have clean running water again! They even added a yard box with a shut off valve so we don't have to go to the easement to shut off water main if needed. Our technician, Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions and showed us pictures of what needed to be done and pictures after the work was done. We needed a number of items repaired including a new blower motor and had almost everything on his truck. Brandon did exactly what he said he’d do, he picked up the needed part early the next morning and had installation completed by 8:30 am. I signed up for the maintenance program for my AC and furnace, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out how affordable it is. Had received quotes to replace my A/C system in my home that was 20 years old. I contacted Comfort Experts and Ryan came out to the house to discuss and give me a quote on my system. I was totally impressed by Ryan and what he was going to install that I hired him on a Friday and the install was set up for the following Tuesday at 7 am.
