From the top guy, Leo Norris, who brought the drying equipment the day after Christmas, to all the workers - Cee, Mario, Nico, Raul, Julio - who came daily to rip out, scrape, clean, pack, and take care of our situation, until it was all dry!! Great workers - professional, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly!! Thank you!!

Rosario arrived promptly and dis excellent work. His visit followed one by Ryan Makita , who, in evaluating our system, pointed out several things which could be problematical for us. I was not aware of any of these situations prior to Ryan’s telling me about them. I’m very grateful to Ryan as well as to Rosario for the work identified and resolved. I previously had a larger AC company come out to service my unit. They told me I needed a new unit and scheduled an appointment with a sales person immediately. I spoke to George on the phone, who knew just from a phone call, that my issue was an air flow problem, not a unit problem. He came out the following week, looked everything over, installed a new return to help with air flow issue, and said I should be good to go for a while. He said I did not need a new unit. George saved me over $10k! His honesty and commitment to customer service made me switch companies. So grateful for his time and expertise. Highly recommend.

I was told by an AC company, sent out by my home warranty, that my evaporator coils needed to be cleaned. (Although he never laid his eyes on them). I contacted B3 refrigeration to conduct the cleaning. Zeke came out, looked at the coils, and provided honest feedback (not that dirty at all). He cleaned them quickly and thoroughly.
