Justin of Hobaica replaced a faulty breaker that ran our cloths dryer. He was professional, knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. He explained everything he was doing and why the breaker was faulty. Hobaica has a new customer and I have a new go to repair person.

My heating system was running with a noise coming from vent and attic. Dakota from Desert Diamond came and was able to determine the issue. He was very informative and detailed, my issue is under control and much appreciated.

Extremely fast and clean work for central humidifier installations (they installed 4 units over our 4 AC systems). Warranty repairs was also promptly executed. Very professional and proficient crew.

The service technician Timothy was very professional, on time, friendly, and he represented his company well. Explain what he had done to test the systems what he found and what the repair options were. He also offered to have a sales representative come out to discuss replacing the unit. And set up the appointment for us. Could not of asked for more or better.

I had been pleased with their service until today. The service call I planned on paying for to see whether our wiring could be updated to be able to use a Google Nest was charged as expected. We declined the rewiring as it would was out of our budget, but they charged another $50 in addition to the original service call price to put stuff back together- literally what it said on the invoice. That's exactly what the service call fee is for which I had planned for and agreed upon, and no further action had been approved. I don't appreciate the nickel and diming.

I have been a customer of alien air for several years now and have been extremely happy with their service. Most recently I had a routine service appointment scheduled and both the company and the individual repair guy called me the day of to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was punctual and polite and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions I had and explain what was being done before he did it. Overall, great service for a reasonable price!

Comfort One Air was perfect from start to finish. They were a referral from a customer in the TJ Maxx line who uses them. She was right! From scheduling in the office with Jessica to the arrival of John, the service was spot on. Purchased a new to us home and A/C stopped working. John diagnosed the issues and got it running until a part came in. A/C went out the next day but he hopped right over and found a loose wire and today installed the new fan.
