Roy was most pleasant and answered all of our many questions. Highly recommend him and hope to have him back should we have need of his expertise!

Can't say enough good things about Donley. Three years ago, we chose them to replace three HVAC units at our home in Paradise Valley. We received several quotes and they were at the low end of the range. Their service, quality, and customer service is unmatched. Returned home from a trip yesterday to find one the units was not heating. I called late last night...it's now the following morning and the problem has been fixed. They sent a technician (Garret, he's AMAZING) first thing, he diagnosed the problem, and had us back up and running in a few hours. The best part....NO CHARGE! I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

Kyler Cord was professional and hard working. Started with water heater replacement and I asked for a new Toto toilet for the master bathroom. All completed to my satisfaction! Long day for him. Nice work.

I had a check up service scheduled where they come out to make sure everything was running smoothly before summer weather hits. Well, there were two people that showed up and one guy climbed up into my attic to inspect the unit and said it was rusted out, while the other guy stood at the bottom of the ladder impeding me to be able to look up in the attic too. After a few moments the guy in the attic began telling me my unit was leaking and was not cooling my house adequately. I was a little confused since they had it cranked cold and I was actually freezing cold inside my house, but figured it was because it wasn't getting too hot outside yet. They told me my unit was rusted out and he showed me a photo that he took when he was up there so I believed him. But then he said I would need a whole new unit for $8000 because this one is old and it would cost just as much to find the leak and fix it. Since I had a home warranty I decided to see if they would fix my leak or better yet cover a new system before I dropped $8K on one. When the home warranty AC guy came out he said everything was fine, so I was shocked and actually climbed up into the attic with him this time and guess what? No rust! We even disassembled nearly the whole unit to try and find what I saw in the photo days before. I was lied to and showed a false photo by the ACE guy, so now I had to pay for a home warranty service call when nothing was even wrong! Also, when the ACE technician was here he was really trying to push a sale, saying that he could not guarantee a price later and telling me how he could hook me up with a special price from his boss etc. etc. if I signed up today. I am disgusted with how this company is managed, and the worst part is when I later emailed the tech that took the photo and asked him to send it to me he conveniently had already deleted it from his ipad. It is 106 degrees outside today and as I was riding my bike home sweating profusely I saw an ACE van on my street which inspired me to write this review as I was greeted by a perfectly chilled house when I got home. Thieves! Oh, and the guys name on the business card I was given was Ryan Grimes if that helps anyone out.

Just saw Beall's had only 1 review on here, and I've been using them for nearly 15 years now. One of the Beall's brothers did an outstanding job on a water main replacement and repiping the entry to my 70 year old house about 6 or 7 years ago. Was a long haul, and he gave me a superb break for having it trenched already, and the pipe layout and fitting was outstanding. Longer than that, they've been my go-to guys for drain snaking and more, and they always do a great job at a reasonable price. Better than that, they're in the Creighton community, and right down the street from my house in Arcadia Light. Nice to have somebody in the hood.
