I use Hays for my AC unit and today I used them for new plumbing in my bathroom. They showed up on time, listened to my concerns as I have a child with health issues, and they were very tidy and clean! I am always happy with my service from Hays!

Called and they came out with in a couple hours. Previous HVAC company had come out twice and couldn’t find the problem.Penquin sent Jimmy who Diagnosed the problem quickly.Excellent customer service starting with the customer service rep’s on the phone.Jimmy Suggested “ up sale services, “ like he should. But was very polite and no high pressure.I will be calling Penquin from on now.Second time I've had to call them Tech was friendly, polite and on time and did a good job. I think the labor cost to do the repair was way too high though.

A big shoutout to Melissa for being so courteous on the phone and scheduling our repair so fast. She was very pleasant to speak with and got us on the calendar FAST. Highly recommend!

I got my AC unit installed 6 months ago .They did a great job. The installation went smoothly and I am very satisfied.
Steve Came few weeks ago to do the 6 month inspection which they normally do. He did a really good job. Steve is very detail oriented and he makes sure everything works perfectly before he leaves. I am very pleased that he did the inspection. Thank you Steve.

My In-laws have been loyal Goettl customers for years, I’m writing this review on their behalf. Goettl consistently offers quality services at a fair price, the service men are always professional and respectful of your home. My in-laws had to be out of the house today so I was at their home while Goettl cleaned the ducts. Daniel and Tano were a great team. They communicated well, did a thorough job and didn’t leave a mess which is always appreciated after a dusty clean out. Would 10/10 recommend.

Was first referred through home warranty. Nice guys and very informative with what our issues were with the ac. Ended up getting an new ac and they did a great job. No longer had the home warranty but needed service and called them back just from how pleasant it was to work with them through our ac problems. Thanks guys you will always be my FIRST CHOICE ?!!

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

I have had this company take care of a number of things for me ranging from putting in a new A/C unit to addressing a plumbing issue. Every time, each member of their staff is a pleasure to interact with, not to mention that all issues are quickly and efficiently addressed. Awesome company!!

When it gets cold, not MidWest/Northwestern cold, just 30 degrees, it gives up the ghost & we have to use space heaters.
They're still rude & sloppy, & I'm not a liar.
- Right after installation I would have given JustAir 5 stars for my full HVAC system replacement, since the A/C & heat both seemed to work and they cleaned up after themselves in the living space of my house before they left, & the cost of the installation was very reasonable & was an upgrade to my existing system.
- That dropped to 4 stars that night when I tried to watch TV in the house & discovered the cable was out on all my indoor TVs (with cables running through attic), vs. the working TV on my back porch (not through attic).
- That dropped to 3 stars when I went up into the attic to investigate the failure, discovering debris left strewn about & displaced insulation throughout the attic.
- That dropped to 2 stars when they returned to address my customer satisfaction issues but denied any possibility of their responsibility for knocking out the cable or displacing insulation, & refused to go in attic to investigate either issue & saying I was trying to blame them for all the problems in my attic (even though they're the only ones other than me that have been up there in at least 2 years), then stomped off yelling that I'm the type of customer that could never be satisfied & drove away.
-That should have dropped to 1 star the very next day after a service call by Cox cable co., during which the technician identified a broken pin in the incoming cable & traumatized outgoing cable from the splitter directly adjacent to the air handler they installed, which leads to the opposite side of house controlling all 3 malfunctioning TVs.
- I kept it at 2 stars, because I know that finding & solving that problem was beyond JustAir's capability, but the evidence of the damage & the timeliness of the house-wide malfunction confirms that JustAir caused the problem.
- I wasn't trying to get anything free or at a discount, I just wanted my life back to the way it was before JustAir came into my house.

UPDATE: The owner of JustAir was the rude one. He understated everything in his response. There were 2 long lengths of PVC still containing stagnant water from the old system, and the bag of trash is what I gathered myself strewn all throughout the attic picking up sheet metal, zip ties, wiring, insulation scraps, 2x4s with nails sticking out, etc. (per pic.). I have accused them of breaking my cable, and Cox cable co. verified that they did. Yes, stuff happens, but they should take responsibility for it instead of using denial as their 1st line of defense and default customer service.

John with Scottsdale Air Heating & cooling serviced our 3 year old unit. We called to balance the air. He did that and so much more. He discovered a flaw from the original contractor that could have cost us our new unit. He fixed that free of charge. He was joined also by Justin and I could not recommend Scottsdale Air highly enough. Thank you for being competent and honest.

Excellent service and Veteran owned. The technician went above and beyond the job. I have a new AC unit but he installed the Nexia wifi thermostat. While installing he identified a major wiring issued left by the previous guys. He fixed the issue, installed the thermostat and everything has been running smoothly ever since. I highly recommend this company and upgrading to the Nexia thermostat.

He also checked to see if the part was under warranty and luckily it was. You can't find a better Company to trust in the Valley than them.. I would never give my service to any one but them.
