We had Landon come out today and he was absolutely awesome! He is extremely honest and so helpful. He explained everything to us and even gave us some great pointers to protect our drains. I highly recommend him and we will definitely be calling this company if we have anymore issues!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Grayson was professional and answered all my questions. When he learned my HVAC had been not working for 3 days, he pushed hard to get my outdoor fan motor part the next day and came and installed it one day earlier than expected. I am very grateful for the good customer service I received. Also, the office checked and found my unit was still under warranty, and it saved me hundreds of dollars.

Have been hearing of this company from acquaintances, decided to get into contact with Moises, as he was highly recommended to me. This is the time of year we all need service on our A/Cs, and was not disappointed! He was able to service my appliance with ease and without an issue. Will be saving his contact for future reference and recommending to others.

I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

Taps Ojalehto came out today to service my AC Fan Motor which was getting ancient and smelled a little hot. He did great service, Price was in line, and very professional. I'd have him back in a heart beat, and wanted to take the time to give a good guy, *****5 STARS !!

Jimmy and his team are the best. Installed new Trane 5 ton unit. Best price in town and the installation team is fast and very professional. Don't use the big HVAC companies they will charge you too much and for things you don't need. Call these guys they will take great care of you

Josh Burk was my service person today. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the issues with my kitchen faucet. My home is 30-35 yrs old and so is the plumbing.Josh is a great communicator. He is warm, friendly, witty, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is a true professional who made sure that I was kept informed as to what steps needed to be taken, as he discovered them. He was very attentive and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with his tasks.He did have to purchase new parts, for my repair and did so willingly.He was very concerned about not creating a mess and was most intent on returning the contents that belong under this sink to their storage area.I am truly impressed and commend Josh as well as his employers at Parker and Sons. Howard Air came recommended to me and I'm very satisfied with their service, I will be forever using this company! I was pleased from the moment I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Victor. He was very pleasant and set me up not trying to hard sell me on a maintenance package right away assuring me that the technician would be the same way, telling me only what needed to be done and give recommendations for the future. He was right, Shawn, the technician who came out to do the AC maintenance, was very friendly. He also wore a mask and booties on his shoes in my home which I thought was very responsible and respectful. When he was finished, he told us how the inspection went and that everything was good for now and what he recommended for the future of our units along with the service plan that would fit our needs. The Best part was, he didn't pressure us to sign up for the plan at that moment, giving us time to think, which I very much like. I couldn't be happier and definitely recommend checking out Howard Air for your needs!

They did a great job! Spent all day installing the new heat pump, and when they couldn't figure out a problem they were having, one of the owners drove an hour to our house to help them.
