Best Electric in Phoenix AZ

I recently purchased a home that had a solar system, but no information about it was available to me from the seller. As part of my 10-day inspection process I contacted Pep Solar to inspect it. I chose them based upon their A+ BBB rating and their proximity to my property.

I spoke to Diane at Pep Solar and she helped me determine that it was probably still under warranty. She gave me the information I needed to contact the solar company who installed the system and offered additional help if I needed it.

Even though I didn't use this company for the inspection, the service I received from Diane convinced me to write this review for anybody thinking about putting solar on their home. This is the level of service and professionalism that I would want from a company performing work on my home. I highly recommend Pep Solar.

Michelle and the team at rooftop solar are amazing. We have a large house and consume a great deal of electricity. Michelle and her team came up with a perfect solution for our needs. The installation was completed in timely and professional way and has no issues since completion. The team at Rooftop Solar was and still is very responsive any time I have questions regarding the system or the installation. I highly recommend Rooftop Solar.

Excellent company to work with. Everything was outlined and listed up front, there was no surprise or additional charges. I was notified whenever there was work going to be done and to when they had to wait to further word due to inspections needed at different stages of progress. I have had my system since summer of 2014 and never had any problems. It has saved large amounts of dollars in electric bills. So for me, this was a very wise choice in going solar.

PS. I would like to add that I had estimates from other solar companies and SouthFace Solar was the most reasonable plus having panels made in USA.

This company is the BEST when it comes to solar system installations. I did quite a bit of homework before selecting a company to go with. Aneva provides you with everything you need to know and follows through to the T on everything they state will be done. The panels are very high quality, and they also provide a free app to monitor the solar production real-time. I've had my panels since the beginning of September (delivered ahead of the estimated installation date) and I am confident they are performing just as they should be. I am seriously considering on adding an additional panel or two, or a battery back-up system.
I had my roofing company come back to make sure everything with my roof was still perfect after the solar panels were installed. The roofing company was astonished at the quality of work and said they would start referring customers to Aneva.
Last, but certainly not least, Aneva's costs are very much in line with what solar systems should cost, while other companies are charging many thousands more for less efficient panels and mediocre installations.
I will end this review the same way I started it - this company is the best when it comes to solar system installations!!

Very efficient and reliable. They installed an electric car charger for me and fixed my garage lighting along with new can lights under my kitchen cabinets. Been remodeling my house past couple years and they have never failed me on installing or repairing some electrical work.

I looked into solar power right after purchasing my home. I found AZ West Solar and am so glad that I did. Brett was friendly, thorough, accommodating, understanding, and helpful. I had questions about two quotes from AZ West on two properties side by side and Brett hopped on a conference call with my mother and I to talk about differences in our quotes. He put us at ease about the difference between them and why without stumbling, as if he ACTUALLY knew what he was talking about. He answered text messages on the weekend (even though I said don't reply until Monday) and even after hours. He said solar would be installed within 60 days, including all of the permitting and HOA and city nonsense that they had to deal with and he wasn't lying. The process went smooth and seamless, without a hitch.

Now I have solar power running and everything went exactly as he said it would. I'm monitoring my production and so far I couldn't be happier!

He really went above and beyond taking extra steps to assure I save as much money as possible which I really appreciate. Was selling my house and needed a complete new electrical panel and several revisions to close the deal. T&K not only gave me a much lower rate than two other companies but was able to explain why they could do this and were able to do it fast and good work, allowing me to get house sold! Not a sales pitch. Energy Consultant (Jenn) very nice, no pressure. Install crew (lead, David) very clean work, explained the entire process as they worked through the house. Very pleased, highly recommended.

I do say that this company has been so gracious to me even after I had to cancel getting solar services. They are about the people and they are willing to be very understanding and open to whatever the situation looks like. They actually did wave the cancellation fee and I am greatly relieved. I've had my panels over 2 years now and never had an issue. Love my 22 dollar APS bills! (Yes even in July) Super easy to work with and would definitely reccomend these guys.

AZ Energy Pros installed the solar system on our house. I rate AZ Energy Pros 4.5 Stars but this review is particularly about the technician that turned-on the system. The technician Danny Balderas came to our home to turn-on the solar system. He noticed why the solar system was not producing. He did what the installers did not do (maybe installers forgot) but Danny setup the system (install firmware to the inverters) for a complete startup for producing power and successfully powered-up the solar system. While being out here he checked the conduit (he tightened a couple places that were not well secured) and the devices mounted on the wall of the house and even got on the roof to check that everything was in place. In being up on the roof he checked the panels to ensure they are secured and he found 2 panels that were not secured and he tightened them up secured. AZ Energy Pros you have a real deal of a technician Danny Balderas, he answers all your questions for you to understand the system installed and how it works plus he goes beyond what the service call was and checks other things including the panels on the roof. If it was not for his professionalism and diligence of ensuring the customer has a well completed installation/service, those 2 solar panels would have blown away during gusty winds. Although all the employees were pleasant, and the scheduler did a great job, Brandon, the owner severely lacks courtesy and customer service. When his employees removed my panels for the roof to be replaced, they left my gate open and my dog got out.

They did the job on Friday, my dog left the yard on Saturday and Brandon informed me that he didn't want to deal with this on a Saturday and it was my responsibility to watch over his workers and that I was not his client, Sunnova that I rent my panels from was his client, therefore he had no responsibility for making sure my dog was secure and the gate closed.

After this experience, I wouldn't recommend Sun Harvest to work on a dog house.

Great company, great service, awesome follow up. Highly recommend.
