Best Ductless Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

My husband left for work at 8 this morning, no one in sight on property. They apparently scheduled three apartments for the same day. Ours was skipped and we are forced to wait until Monday, so our total amount of days without proper air conditioning, will be 1 week and 4 days. I am not happy with the service nor their lack of organization. If they knew they had that many replacements to do, they should have had more technicians working! Total BS!

Ideal, our serviceman, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Done in no time at all and even installed new batteries for our wall unit and filter. Thanks!

Had a breaker blow out earlier today and within hours of calling Penguin Air they came same day and fixed everything. Tom Nicolaus was the technician who came to the house he was friendly and efficient. Would recommend 100%

Travis showed up after he called and said he could be at our house earlier. He arrived 20 minutes later and was 4 hours earlier than we were initially told.

He listened to our concerns and then went into our attic (108 outside) twice to adjust the duct work then went outside and added refrigerant to the system. Quick, friendly service.

Update-Absolutely highly recommend this contractor! Initially after needing Miles to get my unit up and running, I then started the project of getting quotes to have the unit replaced. Because of the great customer service I received from the service call and their excellent pricing, I decided to go with SG for the replacement. Kyle did an excellent job installing as well as leaving everything neat afterwards! He was very professional (like all SG staff I encountered) and answered my questions and had the office person call me and explain the next steps for registering, etc. I am so very impressed with their level of customer service which is hard to come by these days! Amazing experience! My A/C went out on a Saturday with temps above 110 degrees. Just Air was there to fix it in less than an hour! They were able to send out a technician on a Saturday in less than an hour! The technician was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. As a general contractor i have worked with Scottsdale Air for 8 years now. They have been amazing at delivering high quality work on schedule and on budget.
