I'm a property manager and I use APES all the time for both my business and personal needs. Whether it's plumbing, air conditioning, or appliance repair, I have always been happy with their work. Their spirit of service and willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer happy is outstanding. A good example of this happened today. The washing machine at my house finally died after 14 years and Destry came out to take a look at it. He explained what he found and said it wasn't worth fixing. He took the time to write out a list of appliance brands from best to worst based on the what he's seen in the field. Thanks APES! I appreciate you making my life easier.

Nick was awesome. Showed up when he said he was going to. He is knowledgeable, efficient. conscientious and friendly. Fixed our plumbing issues in no time flat. We are very pleased with all the work he did.

I called Penguin Air on a Saturday due to compressor issues. They arrived promptly and completely fixed my system before the end of the day. OMG. Ryan is amazing. Please promote this guy. He dramatically reduced my stress level. My gas furnace was setup wrong and overheating like crazy. I was afraid the house was going to burn down. Called the emergency hotline and Ryan called me back. From the second I heard his voice, I knew I was in great hands, and I was right.

North Valley Mechanical installed and maintained the AC units at my old house and when I moved, I asked them to maintain the unit at my new place. The unit was fairly new, about 3 years old, and had not been maintained regularly. The technician did more work than usual and got the unit cleaned and into great shape. He was professional, articulate, and efficient. Great job!!

To say I'm an extremely difficult customer would be an understatement. Regardless, I expect perfection 10 times out of 10 - even though I know that is close to impossible. HOWEVER, when it comes to Gabe and his team, we're pretty darn close. They've installed new, they service my units twice a year, they've diagnosed, repaired, offered solutions to fixing problems rather than immediately reverting to spending additional monies, all while being first-rate in the field. I have recommended them to many, and I don't know of one new customer who isn't happy with them! That says a lot. Gabe has built his company on honesty, reliability, integrity, professionalism and respect. You can't ask for much more than that!!

Mark with Goettl came out to my mom's house after a disaster after Christmas holiday. He was professional, courteous and did a really good job explaining things. Mark was punctual and communicated arrival time almost to the minute. And the service was amazing, couldn't be more pleased. A big thank you for him and Goettl team, great job, definitely would use them again!!

Alex came and took care of business!! He was fast af, quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue with what has to be a decades worth of experience. I’ve spent more time with the pizza delivery guy than I did with Alex which is nuts. Thanks for the incredible service, I’ll definitely use you guys again.

King Mechanical is amazing from top to bottom. I called them on a weekend and they were able to schedule me and get a crane in line for the AC swap on Monday.

I had a 12 year old unit that broke down twice this summer and got other companies to quote me for a 3 ton unit. Frank got me exactly what the competition offered for less (i compared model numbers)I ands able to get the install done quicker than anyone in the valley. Did I mention he lined everything up over the weekend yet still the most affordable option.

Don't pass on King Mechanical. They are passionate about being problem solvers, working with you and your needs and I can assure you I called a lot of places and his price was the best with the same labor warranty the others offered.

Scottsdale AC have serviced our units for the last 8 years. They are always responsive, professional and charge a fair price. I highly recommend them.

AZ Perfect Comfort was the most helpful company I have gone through! They were efficient and just amazing individuals! Our AC went out and they were able to come to replace it with a new one the next day. Everyone one I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. And our AC unit is way better than the one we had! I had my unit inspected yesterday to be sure it will be ok this summer. Kyle came, very nice person, and did the job. He even replaced my air filters and lights that were too high for me. Talk about full service. Benefit is the best!
