Mike was dispatched quickly and when he arrived he was very clean cut and friendly and was able to give me confidence in his expertise. He troubleshot the problem and was able to locate a part within the state. he made arrangements for it to be shipped. he arrived the next day and installed the part quickly and had us running again. Mike was extremely professional and polite and I would request him again and recommend him to everybody else

Nefarious business practices. I was very optimistic with this company because of all the positive reviews and commercials, but after dealing with them on 2 separate occasions, it is clear to me there is deception and dishonest business practices going on here. My first plumbing visit the guy had to cut through dry wall to fix the problem. He didn't even bother to repair the drywall at all. I simply let it go because I do realize that he is a plumber so I cut him some slack. He later told me that I needed a new tub spout for a ridiculous price of 300 dollars. 300 dollars for a 10 dollar chinese spout that takes 5 minutes to install. I got money so I thought nothing of it until after he was gone. A year goes by and it's time for my second rejuvenation for my AC before summer hits. There were a couple fixes that the guy said needed to be done for a massive 600 dollars bill. All to just replace a capacitor and a wire. After I refused the service, the tech calls his boss. The guy offers to bring the price down to 500. I'm thinking to myself why don't they just give me their best price up front? Dishonest shady business tactics is the answer. I will be canceling my membership and have my handyman do it for 300, thank you. I will no longer do business with big businesses because you can't really trust anybody these days.

My AC stopped working last summer & being the home owner only a year, I desperately called the number written in pencil on the unit hoping it was an AC company. They had my house on file & fixed my AC the next day. They were hassle free, reasonably priced & very courteous. I will continue to use & recommend this company.

I was researching the replacement of my hvac system and Sun Devil Heating and Cooling were the most responsive. They gave me a good deal on a Trane system and installed it the next morning. Roy, Jesus And Jose we’re fast, efficient, professional and friendly. They made sure the job was done right and working correctly before they left. Roy set up my nest thermostat and they did all of that in less than 3 hours. Highly recommend them. Thanks Gerardo for having a company that provides such great customer service. Loved doing business with this company.

Our AC professional , Anthony, was amazing. He came out and diagnosis our system within minutes of being here. Once given a discription of our problem he had a short list of possible problems and was able to find out issue within minutes. I would not only recommend this company if you get, Anthony, your getting a true professional. I will ask for him anytime I need Service. Pricing was great! I would recommend these guys to any of my friends and family in the valley. I appreciate a great company and even more a great Service pro who came out during the dead heat of summer! Just Air replaced our A/C unit several years back and they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous. Technicians are great! Danielle is so sweet and always willing to work with my work schedule when we need technicians to come out for our A/C and heater maintenance.

Scottsdale Air replaced our entire heating/cooling system last month. the crew was there exactly on time, did the installation without any drama, and cleaned the work areas before leaving. A couple of minor issues (always some with such an extensive job) were addressed promptly and effectively.

Works perfect, electric bills have dropped and I love their friendly (but not pushy) tips and tricks to maintain the unit efficiently. After having worked with companies that heavily advertise here in the valley, I finally went with the manufacturer's recommendation and called Benefit Air. These guys know the product (Trane) and they're small enough so that you even recognise the technicians after awhile, who also at least ACT like they remember you too. I have never been steered in a wrong direction by this company, sold stuff I didn't need or had to pay for fixes that didn't work. As long as I own a Trane, Benefit Air will do the maintenance.

What can I say? I adore this company. I'm a hard customer to impress but each and every time this company exceeds every expectation. Full disclosure---I love aliens so I am partial to any company that has alien in its name, but they are the real deal (as are aliens by the way.) This company is amazing.
