Awesome! Matt definitely got to work right away. I explained what was the problem under my sink, He looked at it, and knew how and what to do within a minute. Then It scared me that he did all he could with my water heater and couldn’t find the problem especially knowing it is a brand new water heater. He then tried what he “thought” would work And it surely did! I’m so glad he caught it! I’m very grateful and pleased with his patience and expertise!

My tech Jared was a trusted expert and he explained why and how he was doing the service. Very honest company I would recommend them to others.

Had a major drain blockage at 5pm on a Sunday, water pouring out of everywhere!! Called Penguin, scheduler answered on the first ring, took my info and assured me they’d have someone out ASAP. Within 15 minutes I had a text and email with name, contact info, and a picture of the technician who would be at my door within 30 minutes. The technician, Landon, called minutes later with his ETA and he was right on time, looked just like his photo (seriously, if I were at home alone this would be a major big deal since we get nervous letting people in our homes!). He cleared the drains, did a thorough check, and wasn’t 100% sure it was fixed after hearing a slight gurgle in the bath tub. He went back and did it all again, repeat testing thoroughly, and was confident the second time was the charm - and it was. Not one issue since and that was two weeks ago.Landon was extremely friendly and professional and was genuinely happy to help despite us taking him away from whatever he was doing on a Sunday night. Most impressive, he stayed until he felt confident the job was done - instead of running out as soon as he could and letting someone else dealwith it later. The customer service was amazing: From answering the phone on the first ring, to sending a knowledgeable and friendly technician, then charging the same fee as a regular work day... I have never experienced anything like it. I will 100% call Penguin Air again any time I have a household emergency!!!!

Scott Dale just did our semiannual service today on the A/C unit in our garage.. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. We will be switching the maintenance work on our main house unit to Hobaica and Scott from Chas Roberts.

Called Sunday nite, they responded Monday AM. Tech Ray called and said he could be here between 11:00-1:00
Called when he was on the way12:30ish
System looked like a block of ice, needed to melt.
Ray said he could back around 4:00.
He called again 3:45 said he was on the way.
Checked ground mounted compressor it was ok, then Ray went up in the attic... hottest part of the 116° day....he was in the attic 30-40 minutes found several problems fixed them. Ray was awesome!!
Professional, courteous, clean, stayed in contact, did what he said he would do.
I'll use these guys Expert HVAC Every time I need AC/heating service.
