Our home warranty Co let us know that A.P.E.S. Would be contacting us to fix our dryer! They called promptly and set up the Appt. Destry came out fixed it in no time. We had a couple questions regarding our AC and he provided some helpful info that has worked! Will definitely keep A.P.E.S in mind for future work! Thank you!

First off we are renters and have no idea about the value. That being said, we had a 7-9am window and Sam arrived promptly just after 7am. We also received a call from the office confirming thst Sam was on his way. He came to do an AC tune up. He was very polite, professional, and took about two hours to complete the call. He was very thorough. The unit is very old and he could have easily said it needed repair and we wouldn't have been the wiser. He cleaned up after himself and I appreciated the fact the he locked my gate when he left as I hobble with a cane. Good experience from the beginning, would definitely suggest to the landlord to keep using them and recommend to neighbors.

Been a long time customer and they have always provided

Best HVAC company in town!! Tim and Jarred installed a Halo Led air purifier in my system. These guy did a great job. On time, high level of knowledge, Covid complaint.
Tim and Jarred took the time to fully explain the installed product.
They also explained there other service.
I will now use them as my only HVAC maintenance service company

Alex did a great job installing a unit on my rental property. He was very professional and courteous.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

After acquiring other quotes and talking with other contractors and their products, Temperature Pro was very understanding and flexible with my requests, they were prompt, they were on time, they responded immediately, never left me wondering if they’re gonna call back! they replaced my HVAC system same day, working just fine, to return in three days as they said to completely check the system and make certain everything was to their standards ,when they left that day after making a couple of other repairs, not in the quote and not charged for because they wouldn’t leave without it right….. they did make it right ,thank you Temperature Pro! Very pleased with this company, their prices, just everything top to bottom, I have another unit that will be replaced next year and they are going to do that one also !

Called to see about having my air fixed. The man that answered couldn't be bothered to talk into the phone-he mumbled the whole call. I have a national service plan that can be honored by any Rudd authorized dealer. When I asked if they worked with the warranty company his answer was uh. I don't think so.. I said it was a yes/no question. Its getting very hot in my house. He then said no and hung up. Wow. All the great reviews here and this was the first impression? Huh. I won't call them back and try again.

From the first call to AZ Perfect Comfort (I was referred to them by a plumbing company) I was impressed with the professional way Jana responded to my questions and scheduled the work. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time. Their customer service is terrible. I am not satisfied with whomever installed my air conditioners in my bramd new space. They act like they dont care about their customers.

We've used Alien Air to service/fix our AC since 2017. They have always been great to work with. Our AC is newer but too big for our house, but they never tried to sell us a new one unlike some other companies who just want to make a sale. They have worked with us on how to keep it efficient so it doesn't eat up our electricity.

Every technician has been great to work with and super knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my AC needs.

Mike was prompt and friendly. Solved the issue (hopefully) from last time that came back.

Firstly, BB called and arrived on time.He quickly inspected the equipment and the control panel .The system was restarted and the equipment outside was checked over - all was good.During all the inspections he explained what and why he was going through everything.He wasn’t satisfied with the monitoring reading.On testing all the house walls ( inside ) it was found that the wall temperatures were the same as or higher than the monitor panel.This house is 1960 vintage in an Historic Area and he felt that the attic space either had old or insufficient thermal protecting material.After climbing into the attic he found no heat protection and arranged with ACE to install the correct material on the 20th of this month.(He could have had this done earlier but delayed it at my request.)All in all BB did a magnificent job and is a credit to ACE!!Q
