Firstly, I was impressed with the Vlam's thoroughness of explaining in detail the steps to resolving the plumbing problem. Additionally, he covered and explained to me some of the restoration issues resolutions. Prompt, courteous and I really liked the app that let you know what the technician looked like and how far away they were before arrival. Highly recommend their service.

We needed a new A/C and they took great care of our family. They were quick, professional, and friendly. We got quotes from other companies but Desert Diamond Mechanical was the best. They didn’t try to upscale us or put in a less then quality unit. Jeff was awesome at explaining everything to me. Rudy and Riley came out to do the install and were very professional and made sure to protect my house from installation and dirt, using shoe coverings and plastic tarps. They were careful when coming in and out of the house and backyard to make sure none of my dogs got out. Thank you for all for everything!

I first called HVAC when our furnace completely gave out in a cold snap. After fixing that replaced an old AC unit. Because the old wiring system has given the techs some fits they have come back out twice and straightened it out. Each time they responded same day and the techs were patient and professional. I highly recommend them.

My son's AC unit was making some odd noises...He rents the house from us, so I made the call to Sun Devil for a check up. I didn't realize I called after hours so I hung up and never left a message. At 9AM the next morning I received a call back! It was amazing! I scheduled service for Friday morning between 8 and 10. The techs arrived early, already had a ladder up and were on the roof inspecting. The unit that was on the roof was old - it was installed in 1998 and ready to go out. Being that next week it will be 116 degrees, I chose to purchase a new unit to beat the heat. THE SAME DAY they had a crane and delivered a brand new TRANE AC Unit, replaced our old thermostat and replaced our filter grill that allows much better airflow. Impressive! We used them 3 years ago on our own home - AC went out right before vacation in JULY - hottest time of year - we had pets that were staying home and being looked after - Sun Devil came out the next morning to install a new AC unit so no worry about pets. We have referred many friends and will continue to do so.

This company is the best! Roxanne was very quick at getting back to me and getting us scheduled. The guys showed up on time on time and were very professional and helpful. I will definitely call them again!

After a lot of research and few estimates I received a referral for Day & Night from Ronnie Brion. I contacted Day and Night and soon after Mike came to our home to provide an estimate. He was kind, professional, and informative. After meeting with Mike, I was convinced Day & Night was the right company for us. On the day of the installation the Day & Night crew arrived timely to install 2 outdoor units, 2 air handlers, 2 power sources and 2 thermostats. I had to work on the day of the install so my father-in-law who is a retired lead HVAC tech stayed at the house for me. When I arrived home from work, my father-in-law told me he was extremely impressed with the installation team. He said everyone was in sync and organized. He also said team members were very polite and willing to answer questions on any phase of the installation. A week later Ronnie returned to my home and tested the units for a final inspection. Ronnie was also very informative and professional. My wife and I are VERY HAPPY with Day & Night's entire performance. Thank you for the referral, Ronnie!

Could not be happier with Temperature Pro's service. They were able to be on site within 30 minutes and had the job done within 2 hours. They also looked at some other units with suggestions as to how to preserve them. Certainly appreciate their fast response and diligence.

We had Bradley come out to fix our ac that broke down unexpectedly. He did a fantastic job. Was very polite and answered some questions we had. Would love to have him back for our next hvac checkup.
