Best Cooling in Phoenix AZ

We just had our windows installed yesterday and their service was excellent. The crew, Jose, Alonzo, and on the last day Gabriel were on time, very polite, and very professional. They were careful to cover everything inside the room they were working on and they never stopped moving. They even helped move furniture and remove existing blinds. They cleaned up after each room, sweeping floors and removing the plastic covers from the furniture. Of course, the installation turned out to be on the hottest day of the year, so we supplied some Gatorade. Didn't want anyone passing out! They were in the sun and the heat all day.
Would definitely recommend Desert King. From the first person that showed up to give us a quote to the installers, everything was perfect.

Installed a new shower in the master bathroom. The installers Wayne & Andrew did a great job. They were very, efficient, and keep there work space cleaned at all times. Both worked non- stop until finished. Jimmy Dougherty was our sales representative and was on-time, answered all our questions and was very professional. The instal crew was there when they were scheduled worked fast and diligently. They finished on-time and cleaned up the work site better than they found it. Highly recommended.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
