For the past 4 years, Hays has serviced the AC at my home. The AC Techs have always done well. However, today the Tech named Ideal went beyond my usual expectation of a job well done. He did a great job. He explained some aspects regarding the AC system and a membership which I enrolled. Ideal was the ideal AC Tech. I hope he continues the fantastic service provided. With such a great employee representing Hays, I will continue using Hays for the AC service. Thank you Mr. Ideal.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

The owner of sun devil gave me a killer deal on a new unit in 2017 and great follow up service since! They have a great team and solid leadership in Gerardo!!! Tech was on time, leak was in the middle of the house under the slab and under the carpet, was not familiar with how to undo carpetto get to cement floor, much less re-install it and put it back like it was...He replaced a 1 foot section of copper pipe that had a pinhole in it...He then put the dirt back in hole and filled/cemented it flush with rest of floor..He decided to dump some excess cement water and small rocks in the street in front of my driveway before he left, leaving me to clean it up.... Not impressed.....

We were originally set up with another company but when we went for a second opinion Chuck came over did the assessment and he was able to break everything down to us to where we could understand it. He informed us that they would be here at 7:30 the next morning and they were. Our techs were Chuck and Jeremy, absolutely polite, clean and professional they jumped right in to get the job done. The Crane was to be here 10 o'clock it was actually a little bit early so everything went really fast but they took their time. They practiced safety with everything. When the install was complete they then walked us through how to use the thermostat and helped us to connect it to the phone. We will definitely keep using this company we will recommend this company to everybody. Five star ? service. WE NOW HAVE PEACE OF MIND THEY WE MADE A SOLID INVESTMENT!!! ITS HARD TO STOP A TRANE!!! The A/C air handler that was in our home filled up with condensation and our ceiling fell through. After paying to fix the ceiling we called Reeis to install a brand new setup (condenser and air handler) as well as add insulation to the whole attic. Shortly after install, the brand new air handler filled up with condensation and leaked on our new insulation and new ceiling. The air handler was fixed and the team went up to ensure there was no mold.During the winter, the new unit makes a banging noise. After two winters, a tech was finally able to find the cause in the third winter. Reeis was able to send out a tech to secure the lines and reduce the knocking so it is barely audible now.After being in the attic figuring out the cause of the knocking, the tech told me that there were spots in the attic that didn’t have much insulation. Reeis sent out a team to fill in any spot that needed.I can trust that Reeis stands behind their work. I would recommend this business to others.
