I'm embarrassed I can't remember the techs name but he was stand up all the way. I fixed cracked windows for a few months many years ago but never replaced them like I had done to my little ford ranger. Anyway, Reliable glass did a great job, was on time, very professional all the way. I was referred to them from my insurance carrier and Reliable glass is now on my permanent go to company. I was referred to StarGlassPhoenix by my insurance company and I am so glad that they did instead of searching around on my own. Someone from the company (Brian) called me within the hour. I scheduled an appointment that would best work for me and he said someone would come out to the location wherever would work best. Clayton messaged me to let me know he was minutes away and when he was here even after he was done. Super satisfied with this company and I would definitely recommend them to everyone and keep them in my contacts if I ever needed them again. Try them out for yourself, you won’t regret it !!

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
