I have used Hays Heating & Cooling at my home for the past couple of years. They’ve always gone above and beyond. I recently used Hays for one of my rental properties. AC Tech, Aaron, services my unit and found a few things that needed attention. He thoroughly explained what each of the issues were causing and how they could address these issues. He completed all the work and was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you !

The charge for replacing the startup capacitor was extremely excessive, $419. I looked up the price of the capacitor, and they run from $15 to $24. It took the Technician maybe 10 minutes to replace it. They did come the day after we called, and was told the fee for coming out, $69 would be included in the price of the service. The invoice had no breakdown of the charge other than the $419 for the capacitor. My sister had the same part fail this week and was only charged $211 by Foley Air.

Replaced washing machine incoming water valves

Justin of Hobaica replaced a faulty breaker that ran our cloths dryer. He was professional, knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. He explained everything he was doing and why the breaker was faulty. Hobaica has a new customer and I have a new go to repair person.

Amazing troubleshooting with fantastic solution. A prior AC repairman was going to cause a great deal of controlled damage. Absolutely thrilled that Day/Night was able to avoid that.

My air stopped working late at night and I called a few companies. I called one hour air and the guy was rude, so I called George Brazil and it was an answering service who could not give me any info. My last call was Just Air and I talked to someone immediately. He answered my questions about price and I scheduled a service call for the next day. The two techs showed up on time and were very professional and helpful. They had to replace a (resistor thingy?) and added a pound of coolant. The service call was less than 45 minutes and my air works perfectly now. It is a very old unit and I am sure they could have told me it needed to be replaced, but they did what was necessary and did not gouge me for more $. AC repair is not cheap so you need to be able to trust the company. These guys have earned my trust and I would not consider using any other company.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night last week and Temp Pro had someone out at 7:30 am and fixed it right away. The tech, Julio, was very friendly and professional. The price was great and he explained what was wrong in a lot of detail, you could tell he was very knowledgeable in his trade. Thankful they came so quickly, we have a 2 year old and it would have been a very miserable day/weekend if they didn't come so quickly.

By far the best customer service. Christian worked really hard to walk me through all the steps he was taking to check the unit, reasons why and explaining options. He was very patient and completely thorough in his inspections as well as solutions. They went above and beyond!! I would recommend this company to my friends and family and even tell them to ask for Christian!

I had Richard Martinez come out to my home to do a quote for water softner and RO installation. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how they work and made sure to ask if the units I bought would come with all hardware. He worked hard at giving me a reasonable quote as well. They were very efficient and wonderful to work with. They were honest with what they found and had our leak repaired in under 2 hours. Our house went from 79 degrees to 75 degrees in 30 mins. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!!

Our technician team of Calvin W and Stefan M. were early and spent several hours cleaning a HVAC duct system which had apparently never been cleaned since the house was built. These guys did an amazing job, were professional, mindful, and left the house cleaner than they found it. I am grateful for the work they did, and this is just one more reason I have been a long-time customer of George Brazil!

After hours and hours of research Comfort Experts quoted us the best quality equipment and price of the 4 quotes I received. Rare to get both in my experience. Thorough and complete install with some of the small things included that others were excluding. Just felt this company were being straight with us from beginning to end. Outdoor unit and furnace were replaced. The installers were all very professional and personable. Guys had a great attitude despite the 100+ degree day outside and that much more in the attic. Wife and myself were really pleased with the whole experience.

Stephen showed up as scheduled, looked proper, used booties to walk in and asked about the issue. He then went on the roof to access the damaged equipment, removed it, told me the plan to get it serviced and advised me he’d call when it was corrected and ready for reinstall.

Came to diagnose a problem with one of the furnaces, Steve found the problem and has the part on order
