Just Air is a company I can stand by. They were courteous about our time and was there when they had said they would. We have every construction company in our home, from windows to re-models to plumbers to flooring, you name it we've had them. I have to say to-date Alien Air Conditioning & heating is by far the best. Manners, respect, professionalism none like them. They are the best! Wanted to know if the airflow could be more quiet. Jeff was professional, honest and suggested several ways to reduce the noise. He said first step is to switch to a less restrictive air filter which would definitely help. He then added some additional steps to take later but this was least cost alternative. Thought that was unique in this business based on experiences with other companies. Very pleased with Jeff and Lincoln Air. Will definitely use them again.

As soon as the technician (Michael Buck) arrived he was quick to diagnose the problem and offered options keeping in mind that the home was around 100 degrees inside. He could not fix it same day since he didn't have the parts in his van. The next day he was able to confirm they had the parts in stock and he could return to fix the A/C. His quick resolution to the problem turned this into a great experience that had started a bit rough.
