Austin was great - explained everything very well, and walked through things if I wanted to DIY regular maintenance.

Water was leaking from an exterior pipe on the side of the house. Spoke with Kelly from Arizona Integrity Pluming and he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. It was the irrigation pipe and even though we no longer used our irrigation system there was still pressure in the pipe. Kelly suggested that we turn off the water to that pipe and to use wd40 since it was rusted. We took Kelly's advice and presto the water leak stopped. Literally all we had to do was turn a handle and Kelly knew that. He is an honest man and he is the perfect example of why Arizona Integrity Pluming lives up to their name!

Technician Al A. Hays Cooling and Heating. EXCELLENT JOB! Polite, courteous, and professional. Actually I think hes the only tech that EVER took the time to hook up a water hose to clean out the unit on the 2nd story roof. I called Penguin Air to come out & give a second opinion on some recent work that was done. Not long after I received a phone call from Matthew N., as well as a photo, & a short bio of himself. I knew from the second he introduced himself that my sister would be taken care of! The reason I was there was because a few months ago she had George Brazil come out & the technician took complete advantage of her being a single mother. Matthew was very detail oriented & took plenty of photos to help explain how both of the systems work to us. The bottom line is we will ONLY call Matthew from Penguin Air for any of our AC needs! That goes for ALL of our close friends & family as well. Thank you so much for the 5 star service that you promised me she would get! Your integrity & professionalism earned our business for sure!
