Penguin Plumbing exceeded my expectations and delivered their services as advertised. I had called two other companies and they both tried to triple the cost from what they were advertising. I'm glad I found Penguin Air & Plumbing instead because they did exactly what they said they would do for a reasonable price exactly as they advertised. From my call to completion it was no more than 2.5 hours! Chad was professional and got my drain unclogged quickly without any hassles. I would definitely use them again.

I reached out to Hobaica to install a Tesla Wall Connector in our garage. They were very polite and immediately scheduled us for a quote with Steven. Steven was amazing in all phases of the project. In all our appointments he was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Made me very comfortable and was respectful when entering our home, ensuring social distance and wearing shoe coverings. Truly amazing to work with. Shoutout to their office staff as well, especially Tina, who was able to work with us so the project accommodated our budget. All in all, this was a great experience and exceptional company to work with. I would highly recommended Hobaica to anyone in the future.

Brody and Isaiah did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts and installing the new, really cool (no pun intended), programmable thermostat. 1st Choice Mechanical is now the only company I’ll call for our heating and A/C needs!!

Kevin was the Customer Service Rep that came to my house. He is also a very skilled repair/maintaince tech. He arrived on time, was very professional, educated me about a number of items, made some small adjustments to my system and concluded after checking the entire system that it was running very well. Kevin did a very good job. He represented the company very well.

The old AC was from a different company I always had issues with it and they were never willing to come take a look at it, they continued to make silly excuses for the next 6 months. I got fed up with it and looked for a different company Kind Mechanical was able to book me an appointment and come take a look at it that same day !! Frank himself was the one who assigned me to Ayax who took a look at my AC and replaced it that night. I’m in love with it now everything was so neat and organized ! It’s so crazy that this company had such had workers!

From my first encounter with TemperaturePro Phoenix, I knew that I was in good hands. Not only did I find them to be friendly and prompt with their responses, but their efficiency, professionalism and expertise stood out as the best I've ever encountered. Maureen (the owner) was incredibly sweet and offered intuitive suggestions throughout the entire process. When it gets cold, not MidWest/Northwestern cold, just 30 degrees, it gives up the ghost & we have to use space heaters.
They're still rude & sloppy, & I'm not a liar.
- Right after installation I would have given JustAir 5 stars for my full HVAC system replacement, since the A/C & heat both seemed to work and they cleaned up after themselves in the living space of my house before they left, & the cost of the installation was very reasonable & was an upgrade to my existing system.
- That dropped to 4 stars that night when I tried to watch TV in the house & discovered the cable was out on all my indoor TVs (with cables running through attic), vs. the working TV on my back porch (not through attic).
- That dropped to 3 stars when I went up into the attic to investigate the failure, discovering debris left strewn about & displaced insulation throughout the attic.
- That dropped to 2 stars when they returned to address my customer satisfaction issues but denied any possibility of their responsibility for knocking out the cable or displacing insulation, & refused to go in attic to investigate either issue & saying I was trying to blame them for all the problems in my attic (even though they're the only ones other than me that have been up there in at least 2 years), then stomped off yelling that I'm the type of customer that could never be satisfied & drove away.
-That should have dropped to 1 star the very next day after a service call by Cox cable co., during which the technician identified a broken pin in the incoming cable & traumatized outgoing cable from the splitter directly adjacent to the air handler they installed, which leads to the opposite side of house controlling all 3 malfunctioning TVs.
- I kept it at 2 stars, because I know that finding & solving that problem was beyond JustAir's capability, but the evidence of the damage & the timeliness of the house-wide malfunction confirms that JustAir caused the problem.
- I wasn't trying to get anything free or at a discount, I just wanted my life back to the way it was before JustAir came into my house.

UPDATE: The owner of JustAir was the rude one. He understated everything in his response. There were 2 long lengths of PVC still containing stagnant water from the old system, and the bag of trash is what I gathered myself strewn all throughout the attic picking up sheet metal, zip ties, wiring, insulation scraps, 2x4s with nails sticking out, etc. (per pic.). I have accused them of breaking my cable, and Cox cable co. verified that they did. Yes, stuff happens, but they should take responsibility for it instead of using denial as their 1st line of defense and default customer service.

I would highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all your hvac repairs and maintenance. We had a condenser go out and they were super responsive. Jana could be the nicest and most helpful customer service rep ever and the technician’s are also very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Raymond replaced our unit in the scorching sun with a friendly smile.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Stephen Baker did an excellent job in repairing our A/C. He was friendly, helpful in answering questions, and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend him.

Chris at Alien Air was fair and honest. My roof A/C was replaced without any problems, the crew got to my place at 6 am and was done in 3 hours. The employees were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I was very surprised to have such honesty from a company. Chris decided I didn't need any ductwork and saved me $1100. I can not say enough good things about this company. If you want absolute honesty and a fair price, call Alien Air Conditioning!
