Very professional company. Easy to work with on the phone and the repair man came right on time and did a great job. Highly recommended service to anyone in Arizona. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner on my follow up service call and that meant a lot to me that the customer service is cared for.

Joe is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I have encountered. Every person who has done a service call from APES to do any plumbing repairs at our center has been very professional and knowledgeable. Today Anthony came and fixed our sink. He was very personable and got the job done very efficiently. The office staff is courteous and efficient as well. APES is a great company and provides great service.

The water pressure into my house was extremely high. Two drip system valves had burst alerting me to the problem. I called Hays late wednesday and they had their technician at my house 8AM thursday.The job was handled by an extremely professional. He finished the job in 2hours. They restored my peace of mind.

Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. It was great to see how efficient and well thought out Able Chacon handled this job!! Thank you Ryan for allowing me to give credit where credit is due!! Great job Alliance!! ??????

Jose Geuvera was there when he said he would be. He was professional and personable (like your friendly neighbor). He went above and beyond in installing my new Ro system and making sure all the plumbing in my kitchen worked. He even came back himself to finish when we had to call the manufacturer of my faucet for a special part only available from them. I would recommend him and Penguin Air and Plumbing any day.

We had a back up in our main line. All the drains were backed up. We called them because it was top of Google search. First they told my wife. $348 she said that's too much. They said ok we'll call the boss. They came back and said ok $98. It was a lot of work and something was wrong but by the time they left it was $650, $350 it for the boss to come out and use his camera that goes through the pipe, and if we wanted it fixed right $8000. Then they wanted to negotiate - the guys that came in the truck were nice and hard working, but I felt like it was like walking into and old style car dealership at the end. We paid them the $650 to leave.

The entire process, I felt like I was in good hands. The Elemental plumbers kept me informed every step of the way and made sure that I was satisfied with the service I received. They truly care about their customers and it shows in everything they do.

DSC came out this Sunday and repaired our main unit. They did so even with a full day of repairs in line ahead of us. Danny our tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, he worked efficiently and with purpose. The price of the repair was fair, and we signed up for their ongoing maintenance contract for all of our units for three year. We know Jim and Mike and their family well, and it's good to be working with DSC again. Thanks again Danny, outstanding service and professionalism.

Professional and courteous service

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

Eric and Jordan were flawless. They installed my new system efficiently and with the utmost courtesy towards me and my wife. They explained everything thoroughly, and left my home clean, and in a reasonable amount of time. This is my third installation with Day and Night air and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent communication and work; we have used them to update our electrical system (including installing a new subpanel), replace a worn out A/C unit with an efficient, very quiet mini-split system, install a garbage disposal, and install an outdoor ceiling fan. Very efficient work is performed and all is running smoothly. They are starting on remodeling our bathroom. We highly recommend the company.

It was awful, he lied to us. He tried to sell us a water heater for $7500. The water heater only cost $1800.
