Dylan is a great tech and service provider. He is friendly, professional, and punctual. He's been to my house a couple of times, once during the summer heat at 115 deg plus..He filled my refrigerant and it really helped during that heat wave. I have been with Hobaica's for over 20 years and never disappointed!

They have a good reputation and work hard to maintain it by carefully choosing who they add to their team as they grow.

Tim and company installed a new HVAC system for us a few years ago, a variable speed top of the line Trane system that has worked like a dream. Recently they have been helping with our secondary system, installed by a different company. I'm always impressed at how knowledgeable they are about HVAC, and how they can explain in terms I can understand, so I can make informed decisions about how to proceed.

I've had *many* bad experiences with other Phoenix-area HVAC companies, so if that's you - just trust the reviews, these guys will take care of you. Everything I've learned about HVAC installs has been from ones that have gone bad due to bad installers (other companies), so you have to be able to trust the company that does your install... it's a huge investment. AZ Perfect Comfort is an amazing company. They are honest, have reasonable pricing and provide excellent Customer Service. Mack came out on Saturday, determined we needed a new Motherboard for one of our systems. Parts warehouse is closed on weekends, so it could not be ordered until Monday. He had the system up and running Monday morning. He is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, efficient and leaves no mess behind. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all of your Air Conditioning and Heating needs.

These guys always show up real quick. They're polite, courteous, and professional. They get the work done and keep you apprised of everything they're doing with a brief explanation as to why. And the prices are fair.

Miguel arrived on time. His appearance (clean uniform) and manners were impeccable.Miguel spent 1.5 hours inspecting and testing our 10 year old A/C, and recommended some maintenance, went over the details of what he found, with photos, assigned a priority to the recommended repairs, and provided a verbal estimate (which the office later confirmed in writing). I felt no pressure to make the repairs. A few hours after Miguel departed, I opted to accept their estimate.

This company is amazing. They came out short notice on a Sunday and fixed the problem within like 25 mins. Chris was our service guy and he was so nice and broken everything down to us about what was wrong and what needs to be done. They don't push anything on you that you don't want or can't afford. I will for sure be calling them again if I ever have problems again. So happy with them!!!!!
