A pipe in kitchen clogged, water not draining down from the sink & then dripping out of dish washer.Ryan S came on time and promptly took care of the mess. He was professional, easy to work with. He also explained some of the plumbing issues at my house that may arise at later time. Nice to be aware! I paid $69. I think it was very reasonable for what Ryan did.

Amazing customer sercice!!!!!!! Our air went out on father's day last year and they came out that day to fix it. This year our air wasn't blowing as cool as it should of. We have an older unit but Frank, came out to service it and went above and beyond what I expected.Edited 7/19/17I made an app for them to fix a plugged drainage line for my AC. They quoted me $455.00 for the work and came out and performed the job. Turns out that wasn't the issue and amazingly because they didn't cool the house and fix the issue they didn't charge me a dime!!! Amazing customer service and Hays is the only place I'll ever call for AC servicing.

I called Penguin this morning asking about service to my air conditioning, and they said they would get someone out as soon as they could. Within an hour, they called me telling me Alonso was on his way.Alonso arrived and started looking into the issue. He quickly identified several problems which previous technicians (not from Penguin) had either missed or ignored. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to discuss any questions I had. He laid out the repair options and gave me an honest assessment of the pros and cons for each. I very much appreciated his professionalism and expertise. If Alonso is typical of the people employed by Penguin, I will most definitely be calling them again in the future. A lateral sewer clog produced a backlog, which I discovered early. On a Saturday afternoon, though, there are no toilets, showers, or basins. Because it was an emergency, I called these men solely on the basis of web reviews. The staff arrived in less than an hour, provided a fair and affordable quotation, and then completed the work. Recommended!!

The serviceman Shawn was very polite, professional and had a great positive attitude and did a great job of fixing our plumbing pipe issue.

I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!
