Best Can Install in Phoenix AZ

Very unhappy just checked my unit on a Tuesday all good and now nothing works...total sabatoge.Well fixed in March for a rewire.Now have a problem again. Rudeness obviously obnoxious Nathan said must be a shortage then sent another tech Joey who was honest stating what was done made the matter worse and did not do a rewire of the thermostat but charged me for it. Had to complain to get what I paid adjusted by 298.00 So now the manager calls me to refund me and cancel my service agreement.membership since I am not happy. Why would I be happy. Now having a new company coming too do a repair. Air hanler new unit all done by them under warranty and have the nerve to charge you labor for a warranty out to repair. Had another ac company come out. No rewire in the attic needed the short was a red wire to the condendor. Totally incom I etent.Took the the tech 2 hours to complete. I have used Day and Night for many years for new install and maintenance of my Trane heat pump. My usual technician Ron retired, so this time I got Terry O’Byrne. He was a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He even showed me the different components he was checking and took time to answer my questions. I will request him in the future as he is very thorough and I trust him.

After acquiring other quotes and talking with other contractors and their products, Temperature Pro was very understanding and flexible with my requests, they were prompt, they were on time, they responded immediately, never left me wondering if they’re gonna call back! they replaced my HVAC system same day, working just fine, to return in three days as they said to completely check the system and make certain everything was to their standards ,when they left that day after making a couple of other repairs, not in the quote and not charged for because they wouldn’t leave without it right….. they did make it right ,thank you Temperature Pro! Very pleased with this company, their prices, just everything top to bottom, I have another unit that will be replaced next year and they are going to do that one also !

Alien AC are the only guys I trust! I've been using them for all my heating and cooling needs for years. I get honest upfront advice and service, and feel they always have my best interest at heart. I purchased a new unit from them several years ago plus they are able to keep by other original Trane running at minimum cost.

I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was too big. So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground. Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a deep clean if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I chose Preferred Air among three A/C contractors because I was impressed with owner Daniel Hernandez's demonstrated knowledge, clear communication, low-pressure approach, competitive pricing (2nd lowest), and his honesty in scoping a project that was less complex (and costly) than I initially thought.

Preferred Air replaced a 2-ton unit, repaired ductwork, added a new return, and replaced my water heater.

They completed the project ahead of schedule, and they were honest about not needing to complete a portion of the invoice, reducing my cost by about $400.

I liked the workflow app/software they used for billing and invoicing.

Lastly, I thought they were to blame for a broken faucet in a bathroom. I contacted Daniel the day before Thanksgiving. He had two guys arrive at my house Thanksgiving morning to see if they could repair it. Once I spoke to them, I realized it wasn't their fault. Talk about commitment to service!

I called for a second estimate on my furnace. Scott with Howard Air did a thorough check on my unit and found nothing the other company gave me the estimate on replacing. He was here for over an hour where as Hobaica was here for maybe 30 minutes at the most and came back with their diagnosis’ and an estimate of over $1100 to fix my furnace. After delays getting back to me , I called Howard and scheduled an appt for the next day. Sure glad I did. He explained everything in terms I could understand and his diagnosis’. Once again very thorough and completely satisfied and my furnace is now working. I will use Howard Air for all my furnace and air conditioning needs. Thanks Scott and Howard Air.
