Best Can Install in Phoenix AZ

Simple Electric was very responsive to our initial call for a quote to repair several electrical issues at our house. They communicated well both scheduling an appointment for us and then, several days later, moving it up due to an opening they had. Jeremy came out and did a good job looking at our issues and explaining what needed to be done and provided a fair cost estimate. He was prompt, courteous, completed the job well, and did his best to explain what he did to two non-electrical people! We will definitely use them again.

I wish I could give Michael and his Dad more than 5 stars! They responded in a timely professional manner and I will call them for any electrical work I need in the future. They were right on schedule, solved my issue, clearly explained the work they had done, and did it with a smile.

My experience with Mr. Electric was very professional from beginning to end. John Russo arrived on time and carefully fixed all 3 of my electric problems. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend Mr. Electric and would use them again in the future.

I called and set up an appointment for a light to be hung and let them know it is a 20 foot ceiling. They did not come prepared with a ladder to get to the light. I let them know I have a ladder to get them there, Eric came up started moving the ladder and said oh I have a bad back and shoulder, so I moved the ladder in and set it up. Then Eric comes in and said they can’t use my ladder and they have to bring a 3 man team to hang the light so the cost will have to go up. The problem is they knew it was a 20 foot ceiling when they were coming out so they should of been prepared, and then they saw my house and wanted to charge more to hang the light. I called them in the first place because they are a small independent shop that is local, stick with a bigger shop for your electrical needs. Even if it is just hanging a light.

I used this company at both my houses in Phoenix and Tucson. They always do quality work. Thxs

Not sure if the electrician was having a bad day but because his schedule didn't work for an afternoon or weekend appointment due to me working days I was immediately hung up on and told that my work order with my insurance company would be cancelled. Unfortunately, the customer service was not there with this company and in this line of business that's key for me.

Prompt, courteous, professional, easy to talk to and quality work. I had 2 new circuits added to the garage. He had to run a small trench and put it back the way he found it. Happy with the results and would recommend to others.

I wanted to replace our guest house AC unit since the current one was over 10 years old and near its end of life. I was told it was leaking Freon and was just a matter of time before it would stop working. I had 4 different high rated HVAC contractors come out and provide quotes. Parker & Sons, George Brazil, Day & Night and Penguin Air. I contacted George Brazil on a Sunday via there web site. Their site was easy to navigate and submitting my request was simple and fast. The next day I received a call from their office confirming the appointment day and time I had requested. Dan Howell, Comfort Advisor for George Brazil called me when he was on his way. Dan arrived on time and quickly assessed my needs. Dan was professional, courteous and was absolutely a subject matter expert. Dan listened to my concerns and offered solutions. Dan finished his inspection quickly and followed up saying he would send me an email quote that day. I received the quote as promised and although his prices were competitive he was still on the higher end. I really liked dealing with Dan and wanted to have them install the new AC unit. I contacted Dan and let him know he was on the high side and he immediately agreed to price match the other contractors. Done Deal! I scheduled the install with Dan and agreed on a date and time. The installers arrived on time and finished the complete install about mid-day. When I got home that night I inspected the work and found it to be exceptional. The installers had to remove the framing around the attic access and they re-installed it, caulked and touched up. The attention to detail, cleanliness, professionalism, Dan was awesome from start to finish and provided a great price for the install. I look forward to having Dan and team replace the main house units next year.

Mikey and his team did a great job wiring and installing two light fixtures. Would recommend for any electrical job big or small.

Very good work. Was a bit pricey but I knew going in what the cost was. But still very pleased.

I purchased 3 ceiling fans from Fan Doctor and had them installed on Thursday, June 16th. Travis arrived and he had a terrible mold odor on him. I confronted him and he said that he had an issue with his truck but thought it was resolved. I had to spray room deodorizer the entire 3 hours he was here. I thought after he left the odor would leave with him. I came home from work and it smelled of mold in my house. I ended up mopping the entire floor with Clorox. I returned from work and it still smelled of mold. I mopped the floor again. I was deahly sick the entire night. I almost could not go to work on Friday. I came home at 9am and mopped the floors 2 more times. I came back at 2pm and disinfected the 3new fans. Then I open all day of my windows, kept the air conditioning on and kept the fan on. I left without being able to set my security alarm. It will be off until 9pm. I returned at 5pm and the mold smell was still there. The windows are still open with the alarm off.
I called and spoke to Yvette and told her my issue. She never returned my call. I was hoping Travis, Brian or Yvette would have offered help and compensation for all your of my efforts. No return calls and they are closed until Monday. I am very dissatisfied. I will notify the BBB and any other organization that can help resolve this issue.

Clarence and Jacki were wonderful in setting up an appointment, and actually were able to come out earlier than our original appt. date. Clarence helped me with an alternative idea to provide electricity to my new Grill and also saved me about 1/2 the cost, as I did a little work myself! I really appreciated his knowledge, assessment of the situation and suggestion to do a little on my own, and save a lot! They will be my go to for any and all electrical needs, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing honest, thorough and first class service! I'm glad there are people like this around!
