Best Can Install in Phoenix AZ

I love my new windows. From the estimate to the installation, I felt very comfortable with these guys. And the windows look great!

We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I don't think we've ever had a better experience working with contractors and we've done just about everything to our house that you can imagine. They were friendly, respectful, and easy to stay in touch with throughout. The project manager was there the first day and just about every other day inspecting work, cleaning, and communicating progress. The crew was professional and so friendly and they cleaned up every single day, even vacuuming the rocks under my front window!!!
We had one set of windows that my husband asked the stucco be redone and the crew got right up and finished it off. We are both so happy with the quality of the windows, the project management, customer service, and professionalism.
I feel compelled to add one more thing. As a woman, I'm often disappointed with the treatment I get working with trades from initial contact to on-site work. What a revelation it was to work with Bridgette and Leo on this project. Not once was I talked down to, overlooked, ignored, or worse. I have already recommended them to a friend looking into replacing her windows and have stressed this point.

We just had Jason and his crew to our home for a complete window and door makeover. They were there for 2 days and the results were stunning. We are very impressed how Jason looked after all the details and how professional and polite the install crew was. Our home was kept very clean and when all was done, everything was cleaned and put back in its place. The difference in our home has been remarkable. We have noticed a huge decrease in dust, noise and no more hot window glass to the touch. Two of the hottest rooms in the house are now a memory. We had a new entry door installed and the it really enhances our curb appeal.

I needed to have a shower/bathtub converted to just a shower. From the initial design meeting to the installation itself was a seamless experience! I was called with an update as to when the materials for my project were ordered, and when they arrived. I was called to arrange a date for installation that met MY schedule! On the scheduled date, my stellar installers, Dana Gannon and Art Shell contacted me that they were on the way. They were courteous, professional, friendly, and efficient! All my questions were answered promptly and fully. I am very pleased with the finished project! It was a wonderful experience!

I have no experience with Phoenix but they should educate their drivers on what a stop sign. As I was driving through my lane the driver came whipping down the road without even slowing down and through the stop sign.. I saw him just in time from getting the van from smashing into my driver side door.

Great customer service with professional and courteous technicians. One call to schedule the appointment that was convenient for me and they even helped with getting the approval through my insurance company.

I got a crack in my windshield and within the same day Star Glass Company had already set an appointment up for me to get it replaced! They were very quick and efficient which I appreciated with my busy schedule. Clayton, who did the service had great communication with me; he made sure I knew what time he was arriving and went over everything when he was done. Will definitely be using them again!

Have been coming here for years, they have replaced many windshields on the semi's I have owned and always have them in stock. In and out in usually thirty minutes. The Tech even went out of his way and replaced my windshield fluid hose without asking, they are the greatest!!

I waited a week to write this review so as not to be writing on emotions. We had a scheduled appt on Saturday and the rep working that morning greeted us by asking if we were his 10:00 appt. During the process of looking at the styles of doors, etc we felt as if the rep was steering us toward what he would put into his house, not what we were looking for. When we stated that we wanted to go with all plywood cabinets we were told that the furniture board cabinets would hold up just fine and he proceeded to back that statement up by telling us that the plywood cabinets needed the AC to run all summer long and not to turn it off in the summer as the cabinets would split. We live in Phoenix, who is going to shut off their AC in the summer! I was ready to walk out then but decided to give him another chance. As he was putting our design on the computer, he told us that the refrigerator didn't belong where we wanted it if we wanted to sell the house. When we told him that is where the refrigerator was going his response was well it's your house and you can do what you want. That was the last straw!! We kindly stated that we were not going any further with the design and he got very defensive. His attitude that day was as if he was going to design OUR kitchen the way he wanted it to look. This was the worst customer service experience I've had in many years. Sorry David.

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
