My 26 year old tile roof finally developed a leak, so I figured it was time to get the whole roof redone. Based on a recommendation from my neighbor and after checking with the BBB and ROC, I contacted Allstate Roofing. The owner Chad came out to inspect my property, and the next day they provided me a quote for replacing the underlayment. The superintendent and work crew showed up the day they were scheduled and worked diligently until the job was finished. There was a day of heavy rain during the middle of my project which made me nervous, but they made sure not to uncover any more than they could get covered before the rain came. The crew worked hard and was very courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day and at the end of the job. Nelson, the job superintendent, was excellent. He showed me where they would need to replace wood. He answered or responded quickly on the couple times I called him with questions. During and after the job, he went up on the roof to make minor adjustments. He obviously wanted everything to be perfect. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend Allstate Roofing.

Patterson Roofing did a very good job on my roof replacement. Punctual, very good work ethic, competitive pricing and quality work. I strongly recommend Patterson. Finding a good roofer is hard. Patterson is a quality outfit.

I have a large home in the Rio Verde area and after hard rains we discovered that we had a significant leak in the roof tiles on the back side of our home. We contact Geo Roofing and they came our right away and fixed the leak that same day. Not only did they fix this leak but they also carefully inspected the rest of our roof and repaired several other areas that also needed attention.
We found them to be polite, professional. efficient and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the job that they did and we will be very comfortable referring them to family and friends.

We were referred to Canyon State Roofing by a friend, after our roof began leaking in 2 places. We submitted a request for information online and they responded immediately to set up an appointment. Our roof was repaired quickly and we have not had a problem with those leaks since. This company did a great job. The estimate and help in submitting a claim to my insurance company were very appreciated. As stated, the work was completed. Although there was a delay, I was kept completely informed and the job was quickly finished. In addition, the cleanup was superior to what I witnessed happening to neighbors. An acquaintance was so satisfied with this company that they also signed a contract with them and requested an estimate for their roof.

January 15, 2021. They showed up on time for the inspection. Their price was the best of my 3 estimates. Their crew showed up on time and worked hard for a full day. My roof took just over two days. That’s probably because their crews were very well staffed. At least five guys at once and sometimes more. That was important to me because I had a neighbor down the street with two guys on it for about eight days. Once you pull the trigger on getting the job done it’s nice to get it done quickly and with the least amount of inconvenience. Turner Witt was here a lot during the job. So was the roofing crew Forman. I would rate this company very highly and recommend them to even friends of mine.

Called for roof deck quote early August 2021 someone came out to measure and was told quote would be in 2 days max well I am still waiting to get quote in september.

JB&S roofing was fantastic. Needed a new roof due to leaks.They delivered on everything they promised. Steve was great during the original estimate, and was easily available for additional questions. Another roofing company offered raised batons and vented bird stop. When I called Steve, he answered my call immediately and discussed the pros and cons of raised batons. Then, the same evening shot me an email with those added items so I could compare. JB&S was still less than the other roofer. The installers (Art) were great, easy to talk to, and went over my contract step by step, on the roof, so I understood exactly what some of the items were. Great company. Mike finished up the final inspection, and Cynthia, in the office took care of the rest, and was also great to communicate with. Communication was always very quick. Highly recommend JB&S Roofing!

Quality work. They take pictures of damaged tiles to show both before and after photos. They also give you a two year warranty on repairs. I would recommend Beach Ventures for your service and repair, and they will even do a free estimate.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Please stop your search and give these guys a call. We own a very unique, old house that experienced significant damage in a storm. After several contractors backed out of the job due to the technical difficulty of the fix, I got Superior's number from a general contractor. Rick and his team went to great lengths to diagnose the repair needs of a complex roofing job, liaised with specialty vendors, and put together a plan of action and got the fix done within a very short period of time and for a completely reasonable budget. It's now pouring rain out and our house is bone dry and looks better than ever. Thank you Rick - you are great at what you do.
