I had a couple light fixtures replaced. I love my new lights! The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He ensured the entire work was kept clean and my heavy furniture was all put back in place when the work was complete. Schedule was easy and convenient and I will be using them for all my projects.

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

We used Art numerous times at our home. He installed a chandelier, a dog door, multiple trim projects and we are super happy with his work and professionalism. We will use him again in the near future!

As a very picky person, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the drywall repair service I was provided. I plan to use them for every other service then can help me with since their customer service was OUTSTANDING! I will definitely recommend them to any friends and family looking for the services they offer. They exceeded my expectations and provided me with exactly what I wanted. If I could give more starts I definitely would!

Professional Services

I am very pleased with the work John did at my home. I now have a new bedroom door and a fully functioning bathroom once again. I will have more home repairs coming up soon and now I know I can feel confident in calling upon Arizona Maintenance Service and John to do the work and know I will be charged fairly as well. For people like me, who occasionally require handyman services, it is reassuring to know there is an honest and reliable company that can provide those services. My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing. I will be using RT Constructions again and can recommend them without reservations. Excellent.

Jim arrives ready and able to fix all your electrical needs. He recently hung a chandelier where there was no electrical there. And last year he hung another one, also fixed two outlet issues and hung new outdoor garage lights where we had none. He’s been doing this for enough years that he instantly knows how to figure out what needs to be done. And he charges a fair price every time. We will always be returning customers. Thx Jim.
