Anthony Mata with A.P.E.S. was great as he came by our home this afternoon to repair a leak in our hall bathroom toilet. Communication with this company overall has been wonderful everytime we've needed to use their services. Anthony was so nice, timely, knowledgeable and got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Very friendly to work with. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues. We have a South Scottsdale rental that has had a few quirks come with the territory over the past few years and we've always been impressed w the quality of this company and their staff. Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

On Monday this week, we had Travis Vonau with Hobaica Services out for our annual A/C system check-up & maintenance. Travis was great. On-time, very professional, and completed all of the work and updated me on our systems. I had a great experience with Day & Night from start to finish. I was referred to them by my insurance agent for regular AC maintenance prior to summer rolling around. They were so kind on the phone setting up the appointment and worked with my schedule. Zachary was my technician and he was so nice, informative and helpful. I even had additional questions after his visit and was only met with kindness when I called the main line, and a quick and helpful call back from Zachary himself. I would highly recommend for any AC needs!

We had a very good experience. The service tech John was on time, diagnosed the problem, had the two pars required for the repair on his truck, completed the work and was on his way. Price seemed fair, but most of all we were pleased that within a few hours after our call to Christina in the office on Monday morning, the unit was up and running again. We would recommend Scottsdale Air Conditioning and Heating.

My a/c had finally died after 29 years. I decided to get 3 bids and went online and sent interest requests . I heard from 2 and added a quote from Costco. AZ Perfect Comfort was the first to come out. They were the best in their initial inspection and presentation of the proposal. They also had the best price and were the earliest for installation and availability! I had been without a/c for 10 days at that point so this was important! Within 30 minutes my house had cooled 10 degrees! And so much quieter! And Fred and Justin were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Every time I schedule maintenance three to five weeks in advance either no one shows up or they call and cancel at the last minute. Their website says they prioritize members but that is NOT case. Never once have they actually shown up when scheduled and the rep I spoke to today about the no show was very condescending and insistent that a call was placed to me this morning canceling my appointment. No such call was made as I have had my phone on all day and the spam calls came through just fine, his reasoning was because other customers without AC need to be prioritized ahead of maintenance customers. He then proceeded to tell me he could get me scheduled for JULY for an appointment that I originally scheduled in March three weeks ahead of time. I am constantly rearranging my time for a company that does not honor their word. I will be canceling my so called membership as soon as my spring maintenance that I have already paid for is actually performed and look for a business that honors appointments with their customers.

Larvell was incredible. Excellent contact that began prior to the appointment and continued during it. He was attentive to our requirements and collaborated with us to find a solution. It was an amazing experience. Couldn’t ask for a better air conditioning team!!!

These guys are fantastic workers will come quickly when you are having problems. Gerald came to my house at 9:30 pm in the middle of summer to fix a thermostat that had frozen over. Talk about customer service, God bless him! They're efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend AirZona for your HVAC issues.

New post: AirZona installed a split A/C unit for my man cave, a transformed garage. Living in Phoenix, I wanted to get this done before the oppressive heat of summer. I ordered the unit on Monday and Gerald’s guys put it in the very next day, Outstanding service, very affordable and really nice guys. I highly recommend AirZona.

J’s heating and cooling is the place to hire. After getting over 8 estimates for a new AC unit J’s has the best deal. He answered all my questions and most importantly was not trying to up sell me. He got the unit that I wanted and installed my thermostat. Thanks J’s heating and cooling I am ready for the summer!!

UPDATE: They refunded me.

The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!
