Great plumber to work with, great service and even better price!

Senior citizens beware of this company. They charged my elderly mother over $1,300 to replace a thermostat! They installed the most expensive option without consulting her. She doesn’t even have WIFI in her home and yet they installed the technically advanced unit that my mom will never use.The technician was rude, didn’t even try to attempt to communicate with my mom on how to use the thermostat. The technician had a new trainee that he pretty much ignored. The trainee was very nice and at least spoke to my mom.

Mike (One Of The Owners) reached out to me personally to discuss my mom’s experience. It was determined that there was a miscommunication, mostly on our end. The HVAC system my mom has requires a specific thermostat. No others are compatible. The Technician installed the least most expensive unit based on my mom’s lack of WIFI and ability to use thermostat. The Technician programmed the unit to be as user friendly as possibly. The Technician attempted to contact me but had an incorrect number, which we updated. We are very comfortable moving forward with the Hobaica Team!

Quick, professional, informative

My a/c unit failed yesterday. When I called to inquire about a repair call I was informed they could have someone out the same day! I was very impressed! However due to my schedule I opted for a Next Day appointment.
Andy arrived early in the schedule window and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He offered a recommendation on Air Filters only after I asked and did not attempt to sell me any extraneous services or products. THAT was very refreshing. He explained that the problem was the exterior fan motor had failed and what the cost was to repair it. He was done within 40 minutes and my house is finally cooling down again!

I would recommend Steve and his crew at Environmental Taming to everyone! We were avoiding the inevitable of buying a new AC unit for the past few years. We finally had no choice. After getting 3 quotes, Environmental Taming had the best price for us! He also spent the most time with us explaining everything and giving us options. He was on time whether it be a phone call or an appointment. His crew was clean, kind, and we barely even knew they were here! They worked extremely hard. We will definitely use him again in the future! Great company!

Scottsdale Air is an excellent HVAC supplier and is just as good at maintaining and repairing HVAC systems. I have worked with them on several occasions within the past year, and they have always been totally great to work with! They just installed a new heat pump on my roof and the total time to complete the work was less than four hours which included disconnecting and removing the existing unit! They have also done repairs for me, and I have a annual service agreement with them. Great service and also great people to work with. I have owned homes in 5 different states and thus worked with HVAC people all over the country, and there is no question they are the best I have encountered!

At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.

I would recommend. Told me my AC was new so they really didn't have to do anything. I had just bought the house. I liked that they were truthful & didn't try to take advantage & charge me for work not needed.

I had a water emergency and out of all the plumbers I contacted they were the only ones that came in a timely matter. Their consultant Joseph was very informative and helpful. I will definitely be using Parker & sons in the future.

They have been so helpful in fixing our heater and extremely responsive and prompt. I would call them with any issues I had in the future.

If you need anything related to A/C, USE ACCUTEMP! They installed
a wine room refrigeration system for us and more than a year later it stopped working. When they came out they said it had not been installed correctly and completely redid it at no cost, including repairs to the house from the leaks. What company does that?? When we replaced 2 A/C units we went to AccuTemp and got the same great service. They have worked tirelessly to make the air flow perfect. The guys who come out are employees not contractors and we see the same respectful, skilled people year after year. Can't say enough about this quality company.
