Highly alarming!!! Trying to find a emergency damage restoration company in the middle of the storm was difficult. I called a few near me but all said it would be 3-4 hours. nice young men worked well together as a team to tear out water damaged wood floor but as i called them- home wreckers- as a joke and that they did as it was their job it took 9 days to remove 1200 sq feet they could have needed more help to speed up process the basic core team was great but new guys showed up and didn't have the team work down - I was satisfied but had to call on management to get them to work Saturday as they said they were taking basically Friday thru Tuesday for Labor day off while our wood floors had yet to be removed-Good job a l scrapes and nails left on floor and walls but that is what it is-they needed more help I would reccomend ServPro and this season of haboobs gave them too many jobs

I was a general contractor , retired. I wish i had subcontractors
as good as theses guys are. Christian Padilla is the project Director and his crew were extremely proficient , the first thing they did was to put a barrier down to protect out flooring and seal of the rooms that required work. I highly recommend DRR for any restoration you may have

I had left a hose running & that caused a flood in the basement. I was just so upset & looked online to find a restoration company. I found ServPro & called & the person who answered (Michael I think) said if you have turned off the hose you have done all you need to do.. We've got it from here he said.
They came over & in 3 hours most of the water was vacuumed up.
They moved all the furniture & put dryers & dehumidifiers in the wet parts. I was a crying mess when they arrived but felt a lot better when they were done.
They came back again every 2 days just to check for dryness. The following day Ryan came & moved everything back in place.

Maria was the crew leader & Jackie & Juan rounded out The Team. I was in the restaurant biz for over 50 years, so I know a thing or 2 about customer service. This team was FABULOUS! On time, really good quality work, & very professional on both occasions, after our slight disaster & when they came back after the room was remodeled. I highly recommend you ask for Maria & her Team if you have a small or large disaster! “It’s like it never happened” is just what this Team did. All boxes were labeled & each & every one of the clothes in the closet was dry cleaned. We REALLY enjoyed having these professionals help us out!

Puroclean was very responsive when I had called them out for a leak, they have top notch equipment, and a great team, they gave me honest feedback, and informed me that I did not require their services. This kind of honesty Is hard to come by these days!

They did great work on all the water damage cleanup. I'd use them again.

I had a leak in the ceiling so I called my insurance company. They recommended servpro. Big big mistake. They did the cleanup and drying okay but the they left with a 10 foot hole in the ceiling because they forgot the plastic. Next day they come back and tape the plastic up. It falls that night. They come back and attempt to staple it up. It falls again. Now they won't return my calls.. So now I'm left with a 10 foot hole and an AC that is running 24/7. Don't use these clowns.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.
