Not only was Leslie’s House Cleaning responsive to my initial inquiry, they proved a quote for services quickly and scheduled me quickly. The team they sent to clean my house did a fantastic job and my house is sparkling. They allowed me to relax and recover without having to worry about cleaning the house. In fact, I was so pleased with the service they provided I requested their services for my Mom’s house too! I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks

Thankful for the consistent work and cleaning we receive from Sonoran Cleaning. We rarely have an issue, and when we do they don't give us excuses, they take responsibility and fix it. Thanks for a great job!

We have attempted to reach this company all week to cancel service and no one will return our emails or phone calls. The quality of service was adequate for what they quoted us for a weekly cleaning. However, over time, they level of service degraded to an unacceptable level. After 6 attempts with their company, the Regional Director finally communicated with us that he will cancel service and have our key returned.

Customer service was exceptional, including timely communication and coordination of schedules. They were very easy to work with and their team was professional, courteous and did an excellent job.I would highly recommend this cleaning company!
