Great company and people! Very knowledgeable and informative. They worked hard to get my new heat pump installed without the extra expense of a hiring a carpenter like another company told I would have to do to get the new unit in. They know their business and do it well! They may not be the cheapest company you can find but when I have something as important as new air conditioning installed I am happy to know that it is done right and backed up by a company that will be around if something should go wrong.

Dominic was wonderful! He was very friendly and professional. He also replaced my faucet with a beautiful new one and cleaned up his mess afterwards which in the past, with another company, did not happen.

My husband, Jon called WHO on April 9 during the morning hours. We had called them out several years back and were happy with their work so we went with them again. Dillon came within a couple of hours and replaced our water heater. Dillon gave my husband tips on proper water heater maintenance which were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend WHO and will use them again when needed.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

We have the membership maintenance service with Ace, and have been very happy with our AC system throughout. They do send you a reminder every year, which you call to schedule. When a converter, or any other part, needs replaced, you do get a membership savings and no charge for time. Every tech we have had out has been really good, although we never get a call the day before as promised. The schedulers are very nice and efficient. However, we have been given different advice depending on the tech; e.g. “you should really have us out around March so we can test the heat and the AC,” and then being told that the heat is not included in the membership. All-in-all, I would give 4 1/2 stars, with half a star removed for lack of continuity on information, and for no call the day before to confirm timing.

Mountain Ridge came out and properly fixed my shower drain after two unsuccessful repairs by my home warranty plumbing company. If I knew the quality of repairman the Warranty used I would have never purchased it and just kept a few good companies like Mountains Ridge in my contacts and saved the hassle.

The techs that came out were awesome friendly and did good work, however the cost was way over priced for 30 min work. Two other companies quoted me $175 to unclog a drain and I paid $289

The Choice Home Warranty made an appointment with Centurion Plumbing to unclog my main drain. I have to wait 3 days them to come. The technician, which came, tried to put a snake into the drain from the outside, but could not go more than one foot inside. After spending half an hour he said that it is an old drain and his snake would not work. He offered to call home warranty for approval of hydro jetting, collected $45 dollars service fee, and I did not hear from him ever since. Home warranty sent me e-mail refusing the hydro jetting. After this failure, I googled other companies and found one, which came in an hour after I called them, and for $63 unclogged the drain within 10 minutes.
I would avoid Centurion Plumbing Services and Choice Home Warranty by all means.
