David was amazing in my flooding crisis. He went above and beyond to fix my water heater in a timely manner and worked late to do it so that I could run water in my house. My wife and I recently moved into a new home and decided to go with Hobaica to fix several issues we had. Scott D. has been our technician every time so far and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He has come to our home a total of three times fixing several plumbing issues, servicing our ac, as well as help us with a few small problems just out of courtesy which we thought was amazing service. We highly recommend Hobaica and have no doubt we will be using them again in the future.

My warranty recommended this company. The tech came out (Richard I believe was his name) and caused more problems. He said he replaced the motor and had to come back less than an hour later because the AC still wasn’t working and as it turns out he knocked the air duct off in the attic and was unwilling to fix it. (The new AC tech I hired said air ducts just don’t fall off and the last guy was negligent). Anyway he said he needed authorization from the home warranty company to fix it and they were closed but I said I will pay you or someone from your company to fix it now and he said to call someone else. Not willing to work and leave customers in the heat. This is your job or find a new career! Lazy and unprofessional. Made us wait 4 days for the appointment too. Run away!

Jordan arrived on time. He was here for a yearly maintenance service and thoroughly checked the unit and found no problems . Jordon was extremely polite and quite knowledgeable. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.

When you name your business Valley’s Best anything you set yourself up for a high level of customer expectation and you had better deliver if you want to stay successful. This is exactly what Chase and his team at Valley’s Best Heating and Air conditioning did. My 20 year old AC died on Saturday morning in the middle of August. I was visiting another city 1500 miles away and called Valley’s Best when they were recommended by a neighbor. Chase understood the unusual dynamic of my issue and immediately went to work so that I could conclude my visit without worry. When I returned home I found a new AC unit being installed with a high degree of quality and expertise. I was very impressed with Chase and his team. Of particular note is the AC tech named Jon D. As a business owner I know how difficult finding good employees can be. Jon D. exemplifies the type of team member that all businesses strive to find. Jon was professional and expedient. He showed up when he said he would and with a smile on his face. If he was delayed he would show the courtesy of calling and letting me know. He was open and transparent with his communication of the job scope, worked tirelessly on a Sunday when he could have had a day off, and never complained about working in my tiny attic – a place I have NEVER set foot in. Jon was respectful of my property and pets – he gave me a heads up before using loud equipment so that I could let my dogs outside and his clean-up was impeccable. I would hire him in a split second so Chase had better give this guy a raise!! When all was said and done Valley’s Best Heating and Air Conditioning lived up to its name. My new high efficiency AC unit runs quiet and cut my electric bills in half. Seriously. Well done, Chase and team.

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

When I moved in my house the a/c wasn't working. It was over 90° inside. I noticed the company's name in the system Day & Night. I called spoke to Erin she was professional, great customer service skill. She got me a tech to come out to my house that same day. Greg was the technicians name. He was great. Professional, nice and explained what was happening and what needed to happen to get the a/c working. It was a good experience and would refer anyone to use Day& Night. They're awesome.

My Ac had a major leak in it, the air coming out of it felt hot and would not run fast, I made a phone call to about 6 places when I came across king mechanical, Frank scheduled me an appointment within the next few hours. The job was done with the finest materials! I can for sure say that king mechanical has yet now another satisfied costumer!!

Called at 9am as my AC went out. James showed up by 11am and had it back up in running within 20 minutes. He took pictures and showed me what’s wrong as well as prices for the part needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had our A/C system installation completed today by AZ Perfect Comfort through Fred Russo and his team.

The team that came to do the install wore masks and put down coverings on the floors stairs and other areas they would be accessing in the house.

The installation was done as expected and they were very professional and vacuumed after they were done.

They took their time to test and ensure that the system was running and explain the setup and usage of the digital and WiFi enabled thermostat.

We are very happy with how everything was handled by Fred Russo and his team from start to finish and plan to highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone who is considering the installation of a new A/C system.
