I’m so grateful that my husband has found Phoenix water damage services to come check our water damage! From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! Honest about how bad the situation is and exactly how much it will cost! And we absolutely loved that! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I had to go pick up my son from school at that time so I go and come back and I see that the company already set up the equipment with many Professional fans and started working on the area! You could tell they have done this for years and they know what they are doing !! I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada! After my home was damaged by flood & wind, I used Jenkins Restorations to repair my home. While there were issues that arose during the process, Project Manager Matthew Rosenbaum, stepped in and made sure everything was completed to my upmost satisfaction. His kindness and understanding, along with his competence and skill insured my home would be restored and all damages repaired with quality and concern.

Had an odd smell in my home after being on vacation for some time. Received a call from Josh and he was so helpful. He advised me on some steps I can take first before doing a mold test and sent me helpful articles to help me complete the process of elimination. Super fast response,efficient equipment and professional communication thru out

You cannot go wrong with ATHR. They came in the middle of the night to clean up the initial mess. Worked until 2:00 p.m. in the morning. Told us what to expect, worked with our insurance and walked us through all the steps of the process. They made us feel totally at ease. We recommend them highly.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
