Garret came out through my home warranty company and he was so amazing. He walked me through the process, was knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to help me. He made calls and got things done instead of passing it on. Thank you so much.

We have used Hobaica for several issues with our HVAC system. The most recent call was for a plumbing issue. We have been so satisfied with their service, professionalism, responsiveness, quality of their personnel, that we called them for plumbing. Simultaneously, we developed another HVAC issue. The technician, Scott, did a fantastic job of diagnosing, and solving, our HVAC and plumbing issues...in the same call!! He and I talked frequently as he went through his process and he was so well versed in both services. The ultimate resolutions to our issues, in my opinion, will come at a decent price as well. great job Scott and Hobaica!

I want to give their team and the owner Frank a big thx’s . My husband and I contacted this company due to some of the reviews , and I‘m actually shocked to see how great the results were. They came out to give me an estimate last Tuesday, then had my ac up and running by Wednesday due to my crazy schedule . (I was so glad they were able to work around that as well). They really took interests in stuff which I thought were the problems , and from there they were able to explain the procedures they were going to do, which I was thankful for because I didn’t want them making adjustments I might’ve not approved . I contacted Just Air to have an old unit inspected. Just Air was able to schedule us in in a timely way, and they communicated well. Bradly went above an beyond to be polite, thorough, and tidy during his inspection of our AC system (both attic and outside). The report he generated--complete with pictures--was just what we needed.

I can't say enough good things about Scottsdale Air. I was having major issues with my Trane unit. Two other companies had come out and said they couldn't work on it because it was a Trane. Scottsdale Air is Trane Comfort Specialist. They sent someone out with 2 hours. This was later on a Friday. They diagnosed the problem and said they would be back first thing on Monday to repair it. They called before they even opened on Monday with a quote and sent a tech out that day. Dave (the tech) is an awesome guy! He definitely knows his stuff. He double checked eveything before starting the repairs and discovered that the problem was another part that was actually less expensive than what I thought had to be repaired. The Trane unit is working great now. Thanks to Dave and everybody at Scottsdale Air!

From the first call to the office to speak to Stacy who was absolutely amazing and then he having someone on site within the hour to assess my broken air conditioner to the next day within approximately 14 hours later wonderful technicians were on site to install my new air-conditioning unit!
Everyone was so extremely friendly and caring about the situation and very professional and knowledgeable. What a great team and company.

After the installation. Someone came out to do a inspection and testing of the new system. The Inspection team (Denis) found some issues. They then had the installers come back out to modify the system. To make the pressures and techno stuff better. All I know is it makes really COLD AC. From the Sales process to the installation and service. Reeis gave top notch 5 star service. I would recommend Reeis to anyone looking to have AC work done.

My son was napping when they initially came out to inspect his room (his room is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house) and they were so respectful he didn't even wake up! They installed a return in his room- quick, efficient and CLEAN! They left his room spotless even after installing the vent in a popcorn ceiling. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent excellent service! We literally got an estimate and then had our water softener system installed same day! The crew dug up our yard and installed all the plumbing and put everything back exactly as before! Really great experience and all around excellent customer service from the sales to labor! I was super pleased with Andy's service of our HVAC unit yesterday. He called ahead (as promised), showed up on time and conducted the annual inspection of our unit efficiently. He replaced a part which he suspected would have given us trouble in the near future, cleaned and lubricated the unit and reported all to us in an understandable and friendly manner. While the initial expense of our HVAC unit was high, the service we've received for the last two years (free) as part of the contract, has been terrific. I highly recommend George Brazil--and Andy!

If you’re looking for a residential HVAC company that focuses on excellent customer service, integrity, professionalism, AND will get the job done right, then look no further- you won’t find anything better than Air Control!

I just moved to a new home and the heat wasn’t working on my AC unit. This issue was noted during the inspection period and the previous owner had Penguin Air check the unit only to have them say it was fully operational. Upon my move in it still was not working so I called Penguin Air to come back out. Their techs advised that the connection wires had been wrapped in metal tape and shorted out, so a wire repair would be needed before further diagnostic testing could be done. I approved the wire repair but they still could not get the unit operating correctly. The techs were not sure what the issue was and recommend either a new control board, a leak check/repair, or replacing the unit.

I had heard great things about Air Control so called them for a second opinion. When George inspected the unit, he found that no ‘wire repair’ had been done - all Penguin Air did was remove the metal tape and rewrapped the existing wires with electrical tape. George also very quickly diagnosed the issue as the new thermostat not being programmed correctly for an electric heat pump unit. With a few minor adjustments to the thermostat, George had the unit running and my house nice and warm within 30 minutes of his arrival.

Penguin Air charged me almost double what Air Control did and they didn’t even fix the problem. I was impressed with how frustrated George was on my behalf for the situation and the time and care he took to write up the invoice with all the details I needed to dispute Penguin Air’s ‘wire repair’ and their insane charge. Thanks to him, I was able to back up my complaint and they refunded my money.

I work in commercial building management and deal with vendors on a daily basis - it’s not often that I am as impressed as I was with Air Control and George. I will certainly call him for all my home HVAC service needs. George clearly cares about his customers and getting the job done right and at a very fair price.

So, look no further - you can trust Air Control and George to treat you right and provide excellent service.
